I have been to fieldstone numerous time. But today I am so disappointed. Ham and cheese quiche......only we have eaten half and encountered not one pice of ham. I called and was told to bring it back......70 minutes round trip. The person I spoke with, said she would tell the bakers. So after work tomorrow, I will return. No happy with the food or the response.

Usually everything at Fieldstones is great but I was disappointed with the Red Velvet cake I bought recently. It looked nice but the cake was very dry and the icing was overly sweet. I could have made a much better cake myself.

The baked goods here are great. My wife loves the chocolate cake pieces. Good muffins. Bring back the red velvet muffins! A few spots outside to sit. Usually do a pick up and go. The cookies are tasty, nice to take on a walk on the beach.

Got lemon tart, 3 croissants and quiche today. Lemon tart as seen in photo was liquid. Didn’t curd enough - I can do way better than this at home. Also tastes like egg which it shouldn’t. The croissants were super buttery, you could see the oil layers in it. Which it shouldn’t. Very disappointed for 37$ on a Saturday morning. At least the quiche was decent.

Charged me extra for baked goods, took my name and phone number down due to not being able to refund me the credit at the time. Had a store credit that was written in a black book they ended up getting rid of.. went back to use my credit a year later, mentioned they don’t use that method of “store credits” any longer. I was given an email to contact someone who I had tried 3 times to reach, was told I would be given my credit after all which was great to hear.. however he had told me no problem tell me your order and I’ll have it all ready for you with the credit applied on Easter. Sure enough, I went to the store and they had no idea what I was talking about. Where is the communication? I’m giving 2 stars because the customer service was just not there in terms of knowing what was going on everytime it was a guessing game just to get some delicious baked items for the long weekend.

Simply put - everything is amazing! We go for the bread, but we always leave with an additional sweet treat as the display is irresistible! We’ve been here several times and it’s consistently wonderful - can’t say enough good things, you just have to try it for yourself!
