Food quality has definite gone downhill. The fries tasted like the oil was old, tomatoes were soft and the "grilled onions" were crunchy chunks. I used to enjoy eating here but don't think I'll be back

I ordered with Uber Eats. My order specified grilled onions, BBQ sauce, and hot sauce none of which was present on it. I was really looking forward to this order because I have worked here before and I hoped it could stand up to my expectations, but really disappointed with today’s service.

You guys need to hire better employees; your current employees are trash! They can easily ruin someone's mood. Went there today, and the front cashier gave me such a mean look. You have to change your employees as this is unacceptable The fries I got were stale and the sandwich was tasteless
Vegetarian options: no good veg options. the veg sandwich i got was literally a burger bun with some raw veggies, no sauces no nothing

I think there is something changed. The cheese in the poutine is way less and the patty is no longer juicy. I will not visit again. And they did not provide me with the right order options.

Managers or supervisors need to check all burger products and make sure food items aren’t left at room temperature for longer than 2 hours ..
My children, partner and I all ate the same food yesterday, and I’m the only one who got a burger, as they weren’t hungry, they shared fries and a milkshake. It tasted off and a bit flavourless but being too tired to cook myself after work, I stupidly ate it anyways.
I was vomiting all night and then some. This was one of my go to after work spots, but never again. I’m just thankful my kids didn’t get sick to.

What a great burger... had the loaded bacon cheese burger with extra pickles and a mini fries that were way too many fo finish.. split the mini fries between two people if having burgers. More than enough.

I tried five guys a little while ago and it was pretty good. It’s a little expensive but very good. Fries are pretty good and they give you a lot of extra fries in the bag but the bag got greasy so ye. Burgers are very high quality and tasty. I would go here a couple of times a year because although it’s good, it’s pretty expensive
