This was my first Five Guys visit in Canada. I've been to many in the greater LA area before. This restaurant was a huge disappointment for me. I tried to order a secret menu item called Double Grilled-Cheese Burger and the cashier was looking at me with meaningless eyes. She had no idea what I was asking about. I had to order a regular cheeseburger with large fries. It was supposed to come as in store order but served in the paper bag like to go order. They said all orders are served like this as their standard. When I checked inside the bag I saw a cup of fries and many more just thrown in the paper bag. Neither the burger nor the fries were tasted anywhere close to the ones I had in California. A complete waste of money and time. I could have a better burger and fries in Burger King. It looks like a Five Guys restaurant but it's not serving as one of them.

Good burger, but not cheap. You also need to tell them what to put on burger which can take a while.

Pitiful “Five Guys” location is not good. Maybe if this is the first Five guys you’ve even been to or want to try something new. But out of all the other five guys I’ve been to this one was pitiful. I rate this store. A 0/10 better to donate your money to a food bank thank go here.

Had a delish visit that started off with the self serve freebie peanuts.. what's not to love about that.. I had the bunless cheeseburger, hubby had the bacon cheeseburger and friend had the bacon dog. We really enjoyed our burgers. Appreciate how the lettuce wrapped option is not surcharged. Friend said the hotdog was super salty tho-his fault for ordering a hotdog at a burger joint lol. We all shared one large order of fries as their fry portions are obscene.. and still had some leftover.

They offer you fresh hamburger patties which grilled in front of you and fries are also very delicious. They have plenty of room in toppings you can add what you want.

A steady chain, "all the way." Fresh Big gooey burgers, frys, lots of food comes out in the brown bag, and a tasty burger in the foil wrap.
