Food is osam but restaurant feel like a railway station. Staff shouting too much to call orders . It’s annoying
Great food, great service, clean store. It's honestly the best location

The female manager is so amazing. Went above and beyond when Uber Eats screwed us over, even giving us a discount. What genuinely fantastic customer service, and such a genuinely kind person who cared! I really hope upper management is paying attention to her and how hard she is working.

High ceilings and plain walls give the place its look — open, simple, and without pretense. It’s a burger joint that knows what it is. The smell of fries and peanuts fills the air, and that’s all the décor you need.
You build your own meal here. Every topping, every layer, just how you want it. Be specific — they’ll listen. Ask for melted cheese if that’s your thing; otherwise, it might come out colder than you hoped. Mistakes aren’t common, but it pays to speak up.
They hand out peanuts while you wait, and you can eat as many as you want. You won’t be waiting long, though — the food moves fast. When your order hits the counter, most of the time, its hot, heavy, and generous. They don’t measure fries here; they bury your bag in them. Ask for a small and you’ll still walk away with more than enough.
It’s simple food made with purpose. Honest, filling, and done right.
Four stars.

If you’re looking for a good burger this is the place. French fries are to die for. Big juicy patty good bun and tomato fresh. Beats McDonald’s hands down $26 for two burgers

Burgers very tasty. Beef options only for burgers. They do have a veggie sandwich for those who don't eat meat.
Can get very expensive as it's a la cart.

This is the 1st 5guys that I’ve been too that’s disappointing. Burgers overcooked. Fries small serving for regular. Anyways. Will give them 2 stars because I like that they had so much sitting. Overall very underwhelming experience

I went here when I was in BC and this was my first impression of five guys as I’ve never ate it before. I miss it because I’m stuck in my shitty country and there isn’t a single one here.

I ordered strawberry milkshakes more than a dozen times. It made Five Guys special to me. But not today, I could barely tell it’s strawberry milkshake, not to mention the cream on top was also smaller than before. I could crunch on strawberry pieces before, but not today. FG just raised price for strawberry milkshake recently but today it tastes exactly like MacDonald’s milkshake, sweet, no real taste of strawberry. But MacDonald charges just 1/3 of the price Five Guys charges. So sad, I won’t come again for this $7.34 milkshake anymore.

Favourite burgers, wish we had one in our hometown!
Bring back the little packs of vinegar for take out. How cheap.
we come to this location every week and normally it's great. last week there were a couple of new girls working who were loud and rude and our food was trash. it's normally very good and great service but this time was very different. I don't like confrontation so we just left but I like this place and hope it doesn't become the norm here.

Service was indifferent and slow; food was ok but fries were not crispy; $24 for a burger, fries and shake? And asking for tips at a QSR is just a turn off. May be they slowed down because I refused to tip?
