A lot of uncleaned tables, waited 5 mins for the girl to come back from chatting to take my order and they know I was standing there. The food was ok but cant make up for the rudeness and enviroment.

To begin, I need to apologize to the young man who took our food order, Sang.Sang, we are sorry that we interrupted whatever you were doing as it must have been so much more important than taking our food order. You were clearly frustrated having to stop whatever you were doing to take food orders from paying customers.When we are back in the area of 5 Guys in South Surrey, we will most certainly choose another restaurant and hopefully find someone ready, willing and able to take our food order.Parking: Several restaurants in this area sharing the free parking.Should you go to 5 Guys be mindful not to disturb Sang to take your food order as he is most likely very busy with something more important than your order.Wheelchair accessibility: All of the restaurants sharing the same parking lot have great Wheelchair accessibility.We were 2 able bodied adults without any mobility issues, we have no idea how Sang might have responded if taking a food order would have required any additional effort on his part.

Awesome burgers with a huge variety of topping included. The fries have great flavour and we tried a poutine on our last visit there. One of the best poutine’s we have had. Good sized portions of food.
