First time at this location, from part reviews I was kinda hesitant to try it out. I must say I was impressed with just about everything. Nice smiles, greetings and timely service. Smoothie and tuna bowl made to order.
Worth passing by for a healthy meal.

I loved the hygiene and excellent service skills.For cleanliness i would rate them 10 out of 10. We ordered buddha sata bowl and burritos and was totally impressed as they justify their name with freshness in their food. The new owners are taking the whole experience to next level.

This location is under new management—and it shows!
Just had their Buddha Satay Bowl and Tex-Mex Bowl—honestly, some of the best bowls I’ve ever had. Super fresh, flavorful, and satisfying. The place is very clean, and the customer service was excellent.

ordered a tex mex bowl and it was not good. avocado was rock hard, tasted very old almost like it was frozen. The rice was hard and the whole bowl was not fresh.

Bowl was runny like milk, asked for a replacement and they said that's just how it is. I literally watched the worker put in a banana, strawberry's and half and half and call it a smoothie. Thankfully corporate was responsive and was really great, but this location I had a terrible experience.

I was in Fri May 16 5pm order a Tex mex bowl and added green shake for 3.99. Paid for it and sat down and noticed she charge me $8+ for the shake for a total of $26.64, I said why did you charge $8+ for the shake as it’s 3.99 with the combo. She played dumb and started laughing and talking in her language to the other worker and I was like seriously and she ignored me. I wanted to start yelling but there was other people and didn’t want to make a scene. After all that I took a sip of the shake and it was milk with a hint of green and watery. Obviously looking at the reviews I see why I won’t be back… I was in here 2x a week and never again

Would give zero stars if possible. Ordered a smoothie bowl straight off the menu and got a bowl of runny liquid and was told it was because of what I chose and that's just how it is. I order smoothie bowls all the time and have never had one so gross

Ordered the berry crunch bowl and they were out of protein, which was disappointing as this is a regular basis for this location, but that wasn’t the worst part. When I went to eat it at home to my disbelief they forgot the quinoa and the dressing!!!! I was left with just lettuce and a few toppings. Very frustrated as I paid for something I didn’t get.

Visited the Freshii in Cloverdale and was so disappointed. The toppings were minimal on my rice bowl, burnt rice, the avocado was brown. Such a disappointment as this used to serve really good quality rice bowls with ample toppings.
