Freshii

ordered a tex mex bowl and it was not good. avocado was rock hard, tasted very old almost like it was frozen. The rice was hard and the whole bowl was not fresh.

Bowl was runny like milk, asked for a replacement and they said that's just how it is. I literally watched the worker put in a banana, strawberry's and half and half and call it a smoothie. Thankfully corporate was responsive and was really great, but this location I had a terrible experience.

I was in Fri May 16 5pm order a Tex mex bowl and added green shake for 3.99. Paid for it and sat down and noticed she charge me $8+ for the shake for a total of $26.64, I said why did you charge $8+ for the shake as it’s 3.99 with the combo. She played dumb and started laughing and talking in her language to the other worker and I was like seriously and she ignored me. I wanted to start yelling but there was other people and didn’t want to make a scene. After all that I took a sip of the shake and it was milk with a hint of green and watery. Obviously looking at the reviews I see why I won’t be back… I was in here 2x a week and never again

Would give zero stars if possible. Ordered a smoothie bowl straight off the menu and got a bowl of runny liquid and was told it was because of what I chose and that's just how it is. I order smoothie bowls all the time and have never had one so gross

Ordered the berry crunch bowl and they were out of protein, which was disappointing as this is a regular basis for this location, but that wasn’t the worst part. When I went to eat it at home to my disbelief they forgot the quinoa and the dressing!!!! I was left with just lettuce and a few toppings. Very frustrated as I paid for something I didn’t get.

Visited the Freshii in Cloverdale and was so disappointed. The toppings were minimal on my rice bowl, burnt rice, the avocado was brown. Such a disappointment as this used to serve really good quality rice bowls with ample toppings.

This location constantly frustrates me.
Every single time I order something they leave out 2-3 of the toppings or change things without my knowledge. Ordered a salad that’s supposed to have romaine, it had spring mix, supposed to have green onions, has none.
When I went in this specific time, I asked the person working if she had all of the toppings and she said yes. Ate my bowl to find out these substitutions without any communication.

Usually the food is okay, but I tried their new cauliflower soup. It wasn't hot and they didn't fill bowl the bowl all the way. For 8 dollars for a tiny thing I'd atleast like it full and hot haha taste was underwhelming.

Buddha satay bowl - partially cooked hard noodles are not exactly what i would have chosen to spend my money on. No movement in noodles, clearly no where close to being done. Most disappointing thing is it’s actually not as depicted at all and actually 95 percent of these uncooked noodles, where is everything else? I can’t wrap my head around serving something I would never serve to my friends or family or want to eat myself. If you as an employee wouldn’t want to be served not even half cooked noodles when you ordered what you thought was in the picture, then don’t do it. I wouldn’t eat this for free, no one would.

I usually don't expect much from these chain restaurants, but the young lady working there was great. She was very kind, prepared everything with attention to detail, well presented and the portions were well-served. Made our pit-stop meal very enjoyable!

Went there today for lunch. It was only myself there. The lady there had an attitude from begining. She gave me the wrong order, charged for it. When I pointed out, she proceeded to make the other one, charged me for that also. Never ever came out of kitchen after giving the meal. I am not going back there ever - not surprised now why i was the only customer. I really feel bad for the frachise owner. Employees like this is going to take down the business.

I usually like freshii and all their food and a regular. But same food has is so different at each location (try their straberry smoothie at different outlets - some places it is owesome and most others it sucks!) . It is sad to see such businesses with commendable motives and good food is operated so badly.

They put a spicy sauce on the Cobb wrap. Awful. Will never come back here. A simple wrap gone so wrong
