I had a wonderful experience at Freshii thanks to Mehak. She is extremely polite, attentive, and always serves with a genuine smile. Mehak is quick and efficient, yet she never makes you feel rushed — she takes the time to make sure the order is exactly right. Her friendly personality creates a welcoming atmosphere in the restaurant , and you can tell she truly cares about the customers. The food was fresh and tasty, but it was her excellent service that made the visit stand out. Freshii is lucky to have such a dedicated and hardworking team member.

Had the worst experience ever. I was sick so i decided to order a soup with a cheesy chicken pocket thru DoorDash. Waited almost an hour just to find out they didn’t have soup. Guess what they decided to send instead? A bottle of canada dry.. It pissed me off so much that i decided to give the store a call. I asked them why they sent me canada dry instead of the soup and the girl replied “because we didn’t have soup” then proceeds to tell me that it was discontinued. No apology, nothing. It totally made sense for them to send a $3 bottle of pop instead of a $13 soup with added boiled eggs. I was expecting an apology and when i didn’t get it, it pissed me off even more so when i asked what im supposed to do now, she goes “you can get a refund from DoorDash”. Pathetic. I like freshii but they need to do better in terms of management and hiring the right people. How hard is it to communicate with the customer or the 3rd party. Do better!
