I love Freshii but it depends who make their job good because I just order food online 2 bowls , Brito, and there is no option to do sub to different veggie and also I call the store to confirm my order first they hang out phone so I call second time but still I got wrong I said no broccoli for one of them but I got broccoli and also this not first time and my noodles it was not cooked. It was a hard. I ask make sure it’s soft and I said extra sauce as you see is barely there is sauce so dry and also was not full it’s lest noodles and I’m paying for bowl $15 something it’s not fair please do your job good because the customer they are not getting for free we pay for it I was sad because i didn’t enjoy my food no good put yourself in my situation :( out would be your action.

Staff doesn’t know how to make smoothies/smoothie bowls. I ordered a smoothie bowl off of DoorDash yesterday and got an extremely watered down bowl. They clearly put barely any fruit and more milk/water in the blender. Please teach them the proper proportions. The bowl was so liquidy I would have had to drink it with a straw. In images on doordash it shows a nice bowl with add ons sitting on top but as seen in the image attached that was not what I got. It looks like someone ate that and then threw it up to be honest.
I used to drink freshii smoothies all the time 2 years ago and they were thick cold, and tasted fresh. However what I ordered yesterday was horrible. Watery, had a old freezer taste, and just overall unpleasant. Not to mention the bowl was also not closed properly so when i got the order the bottom of the bag was damp and so was the bottom of the bowl. As soon as i put my spoon in the bowl it sunk, I didn’t even mix it up and it already had all the ingredients at the bottom. Would give it a 0/5 if possible.
Smoothie bowls are meant to be eaten with a spoon. They should have a thicker consistency. It is common sense, So please retrain staff. It was too liquidy even for a regular smoothie in a cup; it wouldn’t have tasted good.

Truly the worst location. The staff do not greet you as you enter. Food is just average. One time I came in and no one was inside they just had a sign that said “be back in 5 minutes.” Are you kidding me?

Went for their classic tomato basil soup that shows online and in their store menus as well.. First the girls working there didn’t even acknowledged us for solid 5-6 mins.. then we called them and they turned around and I tried to order the tomato soup and the girl said they don’t make it at all… like why is it on your menu then.. also the service and the atmosphere was soo bad too.

Great ingredients, nice location and well kept. Staff is nice and quick to prepare order. My criticism is that I, nor I’m sure most people, can justify a $17.00 wrap plus additional tip in todays age of inflation. Again the ingredients and flavors are great here but the prices are shocking.
I would give ZERO to this Freshii if possible.I ordered food through Uber Eats and Called the restaurant to inform uber eats is not allowing me to remove TOFU from my order so pls DO NOT ADD TOFU TO MY ORDER. They freaking added Tofu to my order and delivered it. Upon calling they said you called us late, by the time you called THE ORDER WAS MADE ALREADY. I called them immediately after placing the order. I paid for cilantro and crispy wontons and none of these two things were there in my order. I wasted my money ordering from this restaurant l. FRESHII is just a name for this restaurant where they sell absolutely useless food.
