Staff seem miserable. Food is sub par. Did not follow through on a modification that was requested and didn’t even call us up when our food was ready. Just left it sitting on the counter and we had no idea it was done.

Sadly quality control here is truly lacking.The past 3 or 4 times ive gone here, i have had issues with my order. Today was my last straw... i ordered two wraps. Both filled with rotting brown soggy and stinky lettuce. The steak also tasted a bit funny so i stopped eating it about halfway through and tossed it. what a disappointment !

The experience was standard. I ordered a wrap and it was a bit dry and it felt a little light on ingredients but it still tasted good. The service was quick. The restaurant was mostly clean but the tables hadn’t been wiped even though there was nobody in the restaurant. The staff were just hiding in the back.

I stood at the till for 10 minutes and no one came out from the back. I was looking around into the back and couldn’t see anyone. I called out and no response. I won’t be going there again.

I am a local PAC president. We wanted to do something special for the teachers this year as a thank you and I reached out to freshii to order meals. They were so easy to deal with and responded very quickly. I put in an order of 50 items and they delivered with names on each item with ZERO mistakes. Everyone said the food was delicious and I was seriously impressed. Thank you FRESHII!

Meh. Customer service I give a 1. Not very friendly. Been inconsistent for sure. Today my salad was super full with like no dressing. When I called them they said they put it on. Why argue with someone who has to eat dry salad on their lunch break? 11$ for a dry salad?! No way. I went back showed them the salad and they gave me more dressing. ONLY reason I’m giving them a 2. Probably won’t be back though lol
