I had an awesome experience coming to this Freshii for the first time. Simply the best. Would definitely come again.

Poor Customer Service, Need proper staff training

As a regular customer and neighbour to this location, I’m disappointed to share that I’ve consistently had poor experiences here – this being the third time. The staff member on duty has been extremely rude and unfriendly, with no effort to provide even basic courtesy. Today, my bowl was filled with noticeably less quantity & not tasty than usual, and when I politely asked about it, the response was dismissive.

This lack of professionalism and customer service is unacceptable, especially from a business in our community. I genuinely want to support local, but the experience is making it very difficult. I hope the owner takes this seriously and addresses the issue before more loyal customers are driven away.

I haven't been to the White Rock location for many months, but tonight we decided to try it again for dinner. Both bowls were tasty and fresh. The person working there was friendly and courteous. Thank you for a good healthy meal at a reasonable price. We'll come again soon.

Worst Freshii I have had.

This is the worst Freshii I've ever been to. There was only one staff member, who kept looking at her phone and making phone calls, and her service was very impatient. The owner should check her work through the security cameras.

There is never enough salad or any other ingredients in the bowl. This chicken ceaser salad cost $17. NO MORE. I'll be going elsewhere from no on.

I was too lazy to cook on weekend, so I packed an OAXACA bowel, which tasted much worse than before. The kale was stale and yellowed, the rice was hard, like chewing wax, their staff forgot the lime, the sauce was pitiful, and the chicken breast was not tasty. I didn't want to waste food, however, I couldn't stand it after a few bites. I wasted 17 dollars and I have to cooked a bowl of noodles to fill my stomach. There is a price for laziness. Fresno is no longer fresh.

Got a bowl, way too much sauce, barely any chicken, and rice was so dry that it was hard. The bowl was only half full. The tomato soup had a thick layer of oil, and the chia pudding was only 3/4 full. This meal was a waste of money. I eat a lot freshii's but this is the first location that I have encountered this. Avoid this location.

Second time ordering and disappointed again. Salads and bowls do not have enough dressing in my opinion especially if you order one with sticky rice noodles. Tonight I paid 1.79 each for two extra dressings they forgot one and gave me less than 2tbl (yes, I measured) of the other. The edamame were dark green and mushy from overcooking as well as the yellow broccoli. Quality control and double checking bills would go a long way.
