Absolutely horrendous tasting food prepared by Indian Students with no idea of taste/cuisine, ordered Tex mex and Spicy Buffalo bowls, worker put mostly boiled rice (almost 2/3) and sprinkled some veggies and corn over it. No taste or flavor to it. Owner does not care, nothing fresh or tasting or rather healthy here. Other locations may be well run, stay away from this Nordel and 120 Street location by Save On Foods in Surrey. If you want tasteless food put together by kindergarten level skills, you are welcome to visit this location. You will find out yourself!

I’m absolutely disgusted with my recent order from Freshii. The Tex-Mex bowl was a joke—half of it was just bland, tasteless rice, and barely any of the actual ingredients that were supposed to be there. The beans and toppings were so skimpy, it felt like they were just thrown in for show. Honestly, it’s like they’re trying to scam customers with rice filler. And don’t even get me started on the smoothie. The banana and strawberry smoothie tasted like water with a hint of something vaguely fruity. I could barely taste any of the fruit, which is the whole point! It’s clear the staff is being told to skimp on everything, and it’s completely obvious in the final product. I’ll never waste my money at Freshii again. This place is a ripoff.

Just ordered the oaxaca bowl on uber eats and it tastes awful. Seems like the avocado and the spicy yogurt has gone bad and there are barely some hot black beans making the food too bland and soury. Not tasty at all. Regret wasting my money.

Very bad staff at front, picked up an order and they packed too many items in one bag and when i was about to put it in my car the bag ripped. I took it back to the restaurant asked them to change the bag. Very rudely the front girl replied that i ripped it myself smh never going back doesnt know what customer service is. 👎🏾👎🏾

Ordered a chicken wrap and their “Acai Brazilian Lemonade.” The wrap was so bland it made cardboard seem gourmet, and the lemonade tasted like it was strained through a sock in the Amazon. Spent $20 on this nonsense—I’m hitting Save On Foods next door instead. Big ups to the marketing team, though. They really made this place look like it serves food worth eating. Spoiler: it doesn’t.

what happened to freshii? they took away green curry sauce. the steak seems like rehydratef and over cooked. it turns to mush on the pallet it's not good.
