used to love pizza very much, but after eating at Freshslice Pizza, my experience was really disappointing. The taste was not good, and the quality did not meet my expectations. Because of this experience, I honestly started disliking pizza, which is something I never thought would happen.
The pizza did not feel fresh, and the overall flavor was not satisfying. I hope the management improves the quality and taste in the future. even it is not properly sliced and crust is tooo thinnn

I am really happy to write this review for Mr. Parviz who attended us today. He is one of the best pizza maker and a generous person. He added good amount of toppings on the pizza and not only that he made sure all my requests were considered. I have visited many freshslices but this by far is the best.

I had a very disappointing experience at Freshslice Pizza . Despite clearly informing the staff that I am allergic to non-vegetarian food, I noticed cross-contamination concerns as the staff member was handling non-vegetarian items before preparing my order&dont even change her gloves . When I pointed this out, instead of offering an apology, she rudely changed her gloves without any acknowledgment of my concern. To make matters worse, when I brought my food home, I found a long hair inside my food under melted cheese. This experience raises serious concerns about both hygiene and customer service. I hope management addresses these issues to ensure better practices in the future.

The guy (i think the owner)was smoking outside and didn’t even washed his hand with soap before taking orders and preparing pizza. It was so unhygienic and bad to see.

There was a uncle working there he was too rude don’t know how to talk with kids. Please be respectful to everyone. We are paying for food not taking it for free.
The guy there is very rude . I waited more than 40 minutes for just a veggie pizza .

More than saying something, I want to show everyone what cheese pizza I have been given by the girl on store. Please have a look on the picture attached, When I asked why there are big round spots on the sides of pizza displaying the empty and raw base, I have been told that it is the policy to leave half inches empty on the sides, but anyone can easily see that this is way beyond half inches, raw and literally cheeseless cheese pizza.(if owner wants to see when it happened, it happened on 23-april-2025 around 6:30-7:00pm)Also want to mention, I was told it will take 12 minutes, I told her, thats completely fine and this is what I got the fruit of my patience.
