I am really happy to write this review for Mr. Parviz who attended us today. He is one of the best pizza maker and a generous person. He added good amount of toppings on the pizza and not only that he made sure all my requests were considered. I have visited many freshslices but this by far is the best.

I had a very disappointing experience at Freshslice Pizza . Despite clearly informing the staff that I am allergic to non-vegetarian food, I noticed cross-contamination concerns as the staff member was handling non-vegetarian items before preparing my order&dont even change her gloves . When I pointed this out, instead of offering an apology, she rudely changed her gloves without any acknowledgment of my concern. To make matters worse, when I brought my food home, I found a long hair inside my food under melted cheese. This experience raises serious concerns about both hygiene and customer service. I hope management addresses these issues to ensure better practices in the future.

The guy there is very rude . I waited more than 40 minutes for just a veggie pizza .
More than saying something, I want to show everyone what cheese pizza I have been given by the girl on store. Please have a look on the picture attached, When I asked why there are big round spots on the sides of pizza displaying the empty and raw base, I have been told that it is the policy to leave half inches empty on the sides, but anyone can easily see that this is way beyond half inches, raw and literally cheeseless cheese pizza.(if owner wants to see when it happened, it happened on 23-april-2025 around 6:30-7:00pm)Also want to mention, I was told it will take 12 minutes, I told her, thats completely fine and this is what I got the fruit of my patience.

Good experience, when i visited one girl (Sharnjeet) attend me with smiley face, that make my day. Food is really nice & tasty and I prefer to go every time over there and asked everybody to go and taste pizza

I live near gateway station and I frequently visit this store as I love Freshslice pizza but recently when I visited the store, I ordered for the xl pizza with unlimited toppings, Rajwinder was helping me, she made the pizza without wearing gloves and while I was waiting for pizza to get cooked, she got another order for with chicken topping and she used her hands without gloves for that too, although she used her other hands and washed them too but still there is a high possibility of contamination as end of the day we all are human and on asking she started giving explanation and even said we don’t just serve vegetarian pizza , we have all options, so if you guys don’t just sell vegetarian pizza , then stop making it as most of the people take veg pizza as they don’t eat meat. This was not first time she did the same many times Please do something on this as it’s very risky and even cheating with the vegetarian people
