Food was too spicy and was not hot enough.waited 45 for food but was advised 15 to 20. And on the top of this, there customer service is worst.

Ordered fish but the quantity and quality is low so won’t recommend anyone to buy it. Food is so bad. I have tried a lot of restaurants in Toronto and India but this was the worst food I had try..

They don’t even deserve 1 star. Worst restaurant in the world. Worst customer service ????????

Overall the service for the food quality has gone down over the year. Went to an event they were catering a few weeks back and the food quality was below par. Guest complained that meat was very rubbery and dried out. For myself there was little to no food options (as always though) The catering service overall was very slow and sloppy. Would not recommend for house events.

This place doesn’t even deserve one star. I ordered food for pickup and when brought the food home, some of the contents were missing and when i called them again regarding my issue, he said that i should have checked the order before taking it home and i used to order from him before too. This has happened before too but I didn’t complain. I am the person who does not write anything negative against anyone but this place deserves it. Moreover when i said i would not place anymore food orders with him, he said ok “do not order then”. I heard the first person as a businessman saying this. That was really rude.

i ordered kdahi chicken today the taste of food was very bad i dont know what they put inside it just taste like only masalas are there nthing else never go there

Really really bad service,server was totally lost, she gave the food with no cutlery and plates on the table and we waited for 5min .We ordered drinks and they were not cold because they don’t have cooler.Although the food was amazing specially the starters and paneer butter masala.

I tried the food today for the first time, not good, I wouldn't recommend at all. Paneer tikka looks sooo orangy as if whole bottle of color is emptied on one order. The chaat papri has no taste, it's so watery and samosey tasted so raw. I feel sorry for you guys, Balram you cooked better when you were working with Metro 1, this is not good ??

I ordered today veg manchurian, Soya chaap and Gol gape.I was very excited because I ordered very first time but after receiving food i just disappointed with quality of food no doubt quantity was good but if quality is not good than quantity doesn’t matter. I think it’s wastage of money because I throw all food in garbage. I don’t recommend anyone to go their. I don’t to order again from this place.

Amazing food... After so long time I ate my favorite dish Veg Manchurian same as my hometown’s test... It’s highly recommended for dinner, lunch or even fast food dishes ?? staff was so nicely served food... I even fill like my home . Thanks A lot for served me such a amazing food and Thanks to Bali Paji and staff?

The food was absolutely wonderful, from preparation to presentation, very pleasing. The staff is so friendly even the owner balli baji he is so nice and had the right balance of friendliness and efficiency .Seems like we ate home made food. Everything is perfect.highly recommended. Everyone should visit this place. Also the price is so reasonable. Will be back definately.

Just the TikTok hype. Ordered food for takeout, they said 30 minutes. Went there to pick up and was asked to wait for another 10 minutes. I wish i should have walked out. Waited for not 10 but 20 minutes but only thng I witnessed was bigg mess. You can see the kitchen with no hygiene. Big Big regret.

The gravy chicken was amazing and fresh as Chef Bali claimed and the left over chicken did taste different the other day as it should. My only advise is to improve the quality of Naan bread that really brought the whole experience down. Naan is such a basic item but some how it did not click and felt plastiky. The one other place that has exceptional naan is the other punjabi dhaba but i do not like the rest of gravy items there...would certainly recommend Chef Bali for chicken dishes

ਫੇਰ ਕਹਿੰਦੇ ਬੂਟਾ ਗਾਲਾ ਕੱਡਦਾ.Ordered 1 pound fish pakora with the offer of 1 more pound free and when we went at the restaurant they just gave us only 1 pound and said that we don’t have more fish,But the one which we took at home was mostly chicken instead of fish. There were only 2-3 pieces of fish and rest was chicken.

Service was good I ordered goat meat and it was so delicious feels like we made it in our home. After so long time we ate food like this.
