I went on Saturday ..I am a regular customer here..amazing customer service and chicken quality..

Always fresh and high-quality meat! The shop is clean, well-organized, and the staff is friendly and knowledgeable. Whether it’s chicken, lamb, or Fish, everything is cut to perfection and reasonably priced. Definitely my go-to place for all meat needs!

Visited there to get goat meat , the meat doesn’t taste fresh and too much bones and very less meat.

Reasonable price, very clean facility, hygienic and always outstanding, friendly, courteous service by Jatin, Guri and Gagan.

0n Aug. 29th I asked to purchase 6 lbs of (goat meat -Bukra) and all I got was 1 lb of meat and 5 lbs bones. What a waste of $67.00. Times of honesty are gone…terrible experience, I would not recommend and will never buy from here. Even 1/5 star is too good for this shop, I had to get my message out.

Their grand opening event was really good. they were generous, kind and hospitable. We will be back to buy more of your marinated chicken. All the best with your new endeavor

Hey! Just wanted to share my experience as it was the worst I have ever experienced in BC.
Ordered and paid by cash and they didn’t accept my cash. Apparently they don’t take cash which are not in good shape. So if you ever want to buy here make sure you take crispy notes or else you’re not going to get your meats. lol.
I asked for the manager and the guy there said I am the manager and asked for his name and said he doesn’t have to tell his name. Wow that’s crazy coz I wanted his name to call their head office and inform. Anyway I called the head office and told them the issue and they said that’s not a problem and they will call the branch and inform. They did call the branch but apparently they had told me to wait and the best part was I had just withdrawn the money from the bank couple of mins entering the store and showed the receipt to the so called “manager” and all he had to say was I don’t care about that. It was super waste of my time. Called the head office again and apparently they have a policy which they don’t accept damaged cash (which they should have told me the first time when I called) I have all recording and proof of all the conversations and I am not even mad at the employees here since they were doing their job which ordered by the management. So anyone in management reading this, it’s not a crime to carry damaged notes and there is no rule by the Canadian government not to accept damaged notes. To clarify this I went to the bank close by (which is on couple of blocks away from this branch) and got it changed and this is not even the branch or bank I withdrew the money from.

Really poor service! Doesn’t matter if the quality of the food is good or even best if customers are not treated fairly it’s not worth operating.

Note: Will never be ordering from this place again.
