Very disappointed and concerned. Last week, we ordered vegetarian pizza and shahi panner pizza. After eating a vegetarian pizza at Gateway Restaurant, my family and I became seriously ill. Within hours, we experienced nausea, vomiting, diarrhea, and severe stomach pain.
This was extremely distressing, especially since we chose vegetarian food expecting it to be safe. Food safety and hygiene seem to be a serious issue here.
I hope the management takes this matter seriously and investigates their food handling and preparation. I would not recommend eating here until proper steps are taken.

I won’t order from here. If they make a mistake they won’t believe you and will make you send them pictures. And they still won’t believe you. The girls that work in the front can’t speak English and they don’t understand stand what you’re saying or ordering. They make your pizza really spicy and say it’s black pepper when clearly there is red chili flakes added.
Service is so poor that they honestly deserve a –1 star. I placed my order and ended up waiting 50 minutes, and on top of that, I had to call multiple times just to track my pizza. Whether it’s a manpower issue or management problem, something is seriously off. The food and quality are good, no doubt — but the service sucks, man.
They really have good pizzas. It is a take out only place. And takes long time to serve. Although no complains with the food itself. We have previously tried their curries as well and its delicious.

Methi malai is to die for! Tried it at a family event and asked where they got it from. Now whenever we have guests over for dinner we order from here. Their rumali naans are also amazing.
