German Doner Kebab

Had chicken quesadillas, it tasted so bad and sweet. It was very thin like empty tortilla toasted. When i opened it there’s no sauce or other filings only chicken not even melted cheese.

Restaurant atmosphere took my attention to try food here but it was way below my expectations.

I was their regular customer but this time I had a very disappointing experience. The customer service was awful, especially from the girl at the front. She claimed to be the manager, but she showed none of the qualities you’d expect from someone in that role. She was rude and arrogant, which made the entire experience unpleasant. Don’t even know what customer service is. I won’t be coming back here anytime soon. Name of the girl amanjot i think. 👎🏻

I ordered two beef donut poutines to go and they ripped me off by not putting in any meat. Not impressed. Will not go again

02/19/25 I went in at 11:36am, 2 tables waiting on their order. I put my order in sat down for take out. Cashier stayed up front for a bit and then walked to the back and then Brought out food for the 2 tables that were waiting. (They weren’t busy) I was sitting there staring at my phone, for about 10 to 15mins, look up no one is at the front counter. Walked up to the cashier and looked in the back, cashier, cook and 3rd person standing chatting and on their phones. A Lady, other than the person who served me comes up front and is wondering why I am up there I tell her I am waiting for my order. I hear them speak in their language which I understand, They say “oh we are making it”, as I look back there they just started to make it as I was talking tot he lady. I ask why they didn’t make it, because the first girl that took my order didn’t complete the transaction to spit out the ticket for the cook. When I ask for the manager’s number to make a complaint, the lady I was speaking to says “I am the manager”. I ask her” if this is how she runs a business as a manager??? “She was lost for words when I told her, the 3 of you were sitting in the back, talking and on your phones.
This is ridiculous. When they first opened great service now, they don’t care. I left the place with my food at 11:51am, for just a panini. Which took them 3 mins to make while I was watching them. Sorry to say, hiring international student/ work visa this is what’s ruining the customer service industry. I am from an Indian decent. My father came here and worked hard. These new students are just not appreciative of the opportunity they have to support themselves and their families back home.

Sorry but this is ridiculous. Serves name was Amanjot. If the owner is reading this. Sorry but had to give you a bad review for the bad customer service.

Manager gave me a cash refund. And I took my food.

Ordered the poutine off uber eats, very disappointed. Fries were cold, cheese wasn't melted, and almost no gravy! Looks absolutely NOTHING like the poutine in their photo. Don't order this poutine.

Tiniest chicken wrap portion size i have ever seen with mostly vegetables and minimal meat. If you’re gonna charge $18 for a wrap, at least put a decent amount of meat. Every bite is literally coleslaw.

Tasty kebab with a variety of toppings and sauces for all tastes. Ample space for dining in and service is great!

Ordered the platter and paid$ 16 for basically rice and the chicken that was on it was super hard. I asked if that was normal and the girl at the front desk said yes it is because the meat cooks for a long time. Don't waste your money coming here

This donair place used to provide delicious juicy donair back then but now their donair is dry and has no taste.

Food is great. Love this place, especially as it has very interesting and varied options, with side sauces to change it up every time. Pricing is fair, the restaurant has always been clean and service has been average. I especially like that they're open late for such good quality food.

This place used to be so good when it first opened. Friendly staff and really good portions- I felt like you got your monies worth. NOT ANYMORE!!!
Just went tonight and got the gym box with extra meat, it is TINY and definitely not extra meat. My husband noticed the donair is half the size it used to be. We are extremely disappointed. Will not be visiting again, it is NOT worth the price.

I used to come here very often because the portions were generous and delicious, and the kebabs were packed with meat. Unfortunately, things have changed for the worse. They now put barely any meat in the kebabs, filling them up with vegetables instead.

The staff is constantly distracted, and even something as simple as getting tap water takes over 5 minutes.

Bottom line, everything has shrunken in quantity, yet the prices have gone up. Disappointing experience—I'm not returning here.

Don't waste your money. They have shrunk everything down. There donair is half the size it used to be and somehow has gone up in price.

The food was okay, but the behavior of the front girl is not good at all. She is not welcoming at all and seeing her behaviour I literally lost my appetite.

The food that we ordered was warm enough but the inside of the wrap was too dry. The price was very high and that does not cover your sauce. That was really weird and their sauce price was 0.75 cent for a very small container. I think they are too much miser on their sauce. Never bought sauce with 75 cents in any other donor restaurants.
