Odd experience. Most of the stuff I wanted the lady said "we don't have". I wanted a beef wrap she said "we don't have beef at the moment". She asked "what kind of spring roll do you want chicken or" ...... "I said is there another option"? "She said no we just have chicken right now". I ordered the boss box meal cause I wanted to eat over a box in my car. Then she handed me a bag. I said "I thought it was supposed to come in a box"? She said "we don't have."Food was alright. Nothing to brag about.This was my first time here...don't think I'll be back

The food was ok, nothing special, services was poor and I asked for extra hot sauce and they wanted to charge me $2, not a good deal for the money, I'd say skip this place for somewhere better.

I ordered the donair box with fries and cheese, and I also asked them to add extra meat which I of-course payed extra for. I get the box and it barely had any meat in it (like even less than what I would get if I didn’t pay for the extra meat). After I finished it, the staff didn’t even check with how my meal was and I had to tell them myself about the situation. They offered me a replacement meal but I refused because it’s not like I have all the time in the world to wait, and if they really cared they would have done it right from the beginning.

Drop the quality a lot, taste and condiments going down every time.
What can I say about a spot that does take what it says it is to a whole new level. I would love to see this in the tricities or even be in downtown Vancouver. This place would do so well if it was in other parts of the area I feel. The wrap I had was so good I wanted to get another but I didn’t, thank goodness or else I’d have been out of pocket quite a bit to be honest. The price for what I paid for is pretty good, it’s a tad high but you do get a lot of stuff for what you order if I am honest and they do have quite a few options for their fries compared to many other locations. The poutine I heard isn’t the best but my friend had it and it wasn’t bad, I would recommend if anyone is able to get it, get the original kebab with the mix of chicken and beef and you I feel will not be disappointed as that was the best thing I ate in a long time. The place feels like it’s setup like a hole in the wall when it’s in fact the direct opposite of that. It definitely looks like it can get busy from time to time but I couldn’t tell you from looking outside, inside it’s big and looks like it is.

Horrible service, ordered online. had to cancel order as wanted to add another item. all done in less than 3 mins and was charged twice. once for cancelled order and for order picked up. when contacted informed they had started preparing order, however 2nd order was the same with 1xpoutine added. easy way to rob regular people of hard earned money.

I Paid about $43 plus tip for 2 chicken wraps, fries and 2 drinks after i got my food i saked for hot sauce they said it’s an extra charge for that i have no problem paying extra but then I asked ok did you add it already they said YES but they did NOT. Not just hot sauce the wraps were dry. I read some reviews there are more people complaining about the sauces i am not the only one seriously what’s your problem with the sauces !!!??? ????

i love the menu and food, but mandatory registration for making a pickup order via your website is frustrating. also, price is quite expensive it's $13.99 for original german donair + ask for tip so you end up paying $17+. if this place was cheaper, I'd probably buy more
