Tried Golden Samosa as my son wanted samosa for his birthday. The vegetable ones were amazing not greasy, filled with lots of potatoes and vegs, the butter chicken samosas were ok I probably wouldn’t order them again but the veggie ones were amazing!! Staff was friendly place was very busy on a Sunday. Sauce for the samosa was ok.

I was there 2 days ago and Jyoti was very helpful and beyond amazing in helping me. I came from Burnaby coming running to that store being afraid I’ll be late but although I just arrived just at closing time she still helped me and made me feel like a value customer. Thank you for a great service and knowing how customer service is shown!!

Golden Samosa has been a staple in Surrey-Delta for quite some time. What makes them great is that the size is perfect- not too big and not quite bite sized. And the flavour is also really good, especially for those who are not that good with spice but love samosas.They offer 5 different flavours now which I just found out lol. But I always stick to the OG potato veggie samosa. This place is always busy so it's best to call ahead incase you want to order more than 25 samosas.

By far, this was one of the worst customer service experiences ever. We had a large pickup order for the afternoon, and we began getting calls--three calls in three minutes, telling us our order was ready; the worst part is she's like: "we have been calling you; how come you are not picking up?" In an aggressive tone. 1: That's none of your business; 2: That's not a way to talk to a paying customer and build customer loyalty.So, when picking up the order, I spoke with the lady, and she spent the time defending herself when I asked who spoke to us on the phone. I advised her we did not appreciate how she talked to us. Remember, this was done within an hour of the noon pickup time. To the owner: find out who was working on January 5 in the morning and talk with her about customer hospitality and respect.I'll be going elsewhere next time; this will be our first and last time coming here.
