I ordered honeydew and passion fruit milk tea and it was horrible. It was like the tea that skipped the most bitter and horrible day I ever drank. I am a regular milk tea drinker and I am a fan of gongcha. I have never felt so bad.

2 Filipina women working in the store. I came to the store with positive attitude, which they didn't have the same for me, especially the younger looking one who took my order which for me, she didn't have same energy as me. I tried to understand, and I gave them my order afterward and even gave them $2 tip. I ordered a Brownsugar MT and a cheese waffle and paid for it. It took a while for me to wait for my waffle. That's when I checked their waffle cooker thingy, and it was empty and no waffle being cooked. There were two of them at the till and the other one which I believe their guy friend or co worker who isn't working happily talking which doesn't bothered and which I thought they should be in the good mood already. I kindly approach them and ask them if they missed my waffle. I wasn't mad about the waffle not being in my order since it's also my fault for not checking it out, but the thing is the other girl started pointing her finger to other co worker who took my order said something in filipino but if you try to understand it, she was saying that, 'it is not my problem but it's her...' I know it is not her fault, but that is not the correct response from an employee who is working at the highest quality of bubble tea company. I know it wasn't a big deal supposed to be, since I am also a filipino, they probably mean it as a joke or something, but why would they even think I'll take that joke if at the first place, I didn't meet the expectations of hospitality from them. Another thing is, I tried ordering again but only just a cheese waffle, and I was expecting them to apologize to me also, but I never heard any. I know it is my fault for checking, but it is also their fault for not double-checking it with me. But no apologies, I heard from them. Again, it shouldn't be a big deal to me, cuz mosly I let those things slide. But there's a last thing. Which is the the wait for my waffle was so long again than usual, but wjen I tried to approach to see, my waffle has been done and the only thing to do is put it in the bag and give it to me. But they still manage to do other things first than my order, which I had been waiting for so long. When the other girl saw me approaching, she quickly rushed, getting my order to me. Idk how long my waffle has been done, but when I get it, it wasn't that hot anymore. Usually, it burns my finger when I try holding it, but no, it seems like my waffle has been done for a while, and they decided not to give it to me yet.

They didn't give me the hospitality.
They do weird response and try to point to the co-worker and say it's not her problem.
They never apologized for their mistake.
They didn't give a **** giving me my finished order, which I had been waiting for so long already and still managed to do the newer tasks.

I ordered brown sugar pearl milk tea and it was horrible. I’m a regular bubble tea drinker and i’ve tried gongcha before in Vancouver and Calgary both the times it was amazing but from here it was the worst. Tasted nothing like a milk tea but just a plain water with no flavour or taste.

Horrible .... everything ia powdered and thier chocolate milk drink has no milk its just powder mixed with water.... literally taste like a cheap protien shake ... save your money

Tried their Pearl Sugar Oolong Tea with Oreo Milk foam. It was average in taste and I don’t think I will return.
