I must say the food was delicious and full of flavors. The only thing I can pick on was portion of food could take some working. Budget friendly pricing in my opinion.

I always come here during my exams because I like the food here , however they really need to focus on hygiene as the plate I was served in was totally dirty and it is a big red flag if you are being served in a dirty plate as you don’t feel like eating even a delicious food. I waited 25 minutes for my order and was being served with food having no salt and dirty plate wow. Thanks to the restaurant and good luck with more reviews like these.

I have paid today almost 12 dollars for a total of 8 spoons of chicken biryani. Shameless shame has come? Stolen money is still working. Don't fear God. Please dont waste money here
It used to be $7.99 then $9.99 and now $11.99 average prices in last 10 years or so. However, with prices going up, for whatever reason, quantity is still the same. This review, however, isn’t about food or prices but the excellent service by Ms. Amisha who was single handedly taking care for orders for both dine-in and over the phones, handing the food over and all with a smile which really impressed me. She was clearly overwhelmed with the workload, may be the Resturant was shorthanded with staff due to holiday, but she was facilitating customers with her beautiful smile. Not to mention, she was busing the tables as well. Big Thank you to Ms. Amisha.

Gulberg is our go to spot as a family for nihari, karahi and chicken platter. My personal favorite is the Bihari Kabab. Been going there for 20 years now.
I was disappointed with the customer service and the cooking as well. I used to order from there. Every time I ask for lamb biryani and request it to be spicy, they don't make it spicy, and it tastes different. I ordered a couple of other dishes as well. Also, the pakora is not hot and crispy. They are just soft and cold. The beef Donair platter is cold, and the beef is tough. Additionally, I ordered beef paya, but it was neither included in the order nor was they charged for it. When I got home, I realized that the order was missing one beef paya.
