Seriously reminded me of a Mom and Pop place, the atmosphere is so pleasant and the service was outstanding. Sadly, it doesn't matter the atmosphere, it doesn't matter the service when I am charged $18.00 for 2 pancakes...I can make them at home for far cheaper, for $18.00 I can have pancakes for days at home!

Now I can see why it gets such good reviews: big menu, fair prices, friendly service. My Huevos Rancheros egg muffin sandwich was very good. With a 12oz brewed coffee it’s under $10. Good value!

Come on Surrey this place has been here 14 years. Before Covid most of their business from the hundreds of people in the building they are in. Now there are less than 25% of people in the building. Good food good people who deserve to succeed. Support local business and enjoy an excellent breakfast or lunch

I've been here a few times already and decided to review now that I had food here. Service and Atmosphere is great, really feels like I can just relax. The Blueberry Cinnamon pancake was very delicious and the Tea I drank here jave been great. Just a very cozy place in general.

The turkey Havarti was amazing the atmosphere and customer service top notch highly recommended will definitely try everything they have to offer
We just happened on this place when we came to the Mall and it was so good! The food was great, the coffee was some of the best coffee iv had! And, who I assume was Jack, talked to us, thanked us for coming and the rest of the staff were so friendly. Definitely be making the trip for breakfast again! 10/10

We just moved into the area and Googled places for breakfast. This is how we came about this gem of a place. It has the feel of the old Mom and Pop restaurants that used to be the norm way back when. Customer service is top notch. The girl that took our order was very helpful with our order, very friendly and welcoming. Definitely will be back.
