Ordered a paneer vegetarian pizza and it came out to be absolutely horrible. The paneer was either expired or moldy and gave us stomach aches. We had to throw out the pizza after a few slices. Would never go back again.

Literal catfish but it’s pizza the photos must be from somewhere else thin ass crust and putting a lot of olives and no other toppings doesn’t mean nobody gonna notice. I could go to Costco and get better pizza. First and last time I’m ordering.

I had very bad experience with girl she working there. my husband ordered two pizzas one of those chicken tandoori,spicy and one of those veggies with non spicy for my kids . When we took the pizzas the chicken tandoori not spicy we ordered that for spicy and the veggies is spicy my kids can’t eat it. When my husband told her she is very very angry and she talked very bad and grabbed the pizza very hardly. I don’t know where is the manager of the store and he never saw the cameras to check the workers how they are doing with the customers? She always angry at the customers. This is second time we had bad experience with her. When I went there to pick up the new one for non spicy I explained to the young boy he gave me the other pizza he said I’m really sorry and he was very good with me thanks for him. World need lots of people like him. When I went to the store she finished at 5:00 pm and went home. I’m as a customer I want to tell her I know you are tired because of working but you can’t do that with the customers like that and angry. not you working for free and not as takings for free things from you. I hope the manager of this store reading my review. After I read the comments from owner I changed the star because the owner and other people were good.

I ordered a medium pizza from Hot Pan Pizza for $30, expecting a fresh and delicious meal, but what I received was far from that. The base was incredibly hard and stale, making it difficult to eat. The pizza itself was dry, with barely any cheese on it, which is unacceptable for a pizza that costs this much. The overall experience was disappointing, from the first bite to the last. For the price I paid, I expected much better quality. This was one of the worst pizzas I’ve ever had, and I won’t be ordering from Hot Pan Pizza again. I hope they improve their ingredients and attention to quality in the future."

Pizza was extremely disappointing, we ordered 3 pizzas, BBQ chicken, meat lovers and hot summer. ALL 3 PIZZAS WHERE BURNT. The chicken on the meat lovers didn't taste right and the chicken on the BBQ pizza and hot summer pizza was extremely hard to the point we didn't even finish it. Called to complain, the worker said the owner would contact us and they never did. Extremely disappointing especially to drive so far just to have garbage given to us. Don't expect us as clients again.
