The food was good and tasted fine, but there was a strand of hair in the pizza. I’ve had bad experience with food from outside so this didn’t really help. Hope serious measures are taken to improve hygiene, because it was disgusting.

A hidden gem! We stumbled upon this spot and were pleasantly surprised. The gentleman at the front recommended their signature Tandoori and Sriracha pizzas—so we went for a half-and-half, and I'm so glad we did! The bold, unique flavors were unlike any pizza we've had before. We chose to dine in so we could enjoy it fresh, and it was absolutely delicious 😋 We'll definitely be coming back. Bonus: they also serve Halal dishes!

If you're hungry, don’t order from Hot Pan Pizza Surrey. I ordered one small vegetarian and one butter chicken pizza. It took nearly 50 minutes to arrive—even though I live only 2.5 km away.
First, they said they didn’t have my order. Then they claimed it just showed up in their system and needed another 20 minutes. By the time the food finally arrived, both pizzas were cold.
My kids didn’t even eat because the food was no longer fresh or appetizing.
If you’re okay with long delays, cold food, and poor communication, maybe it’s fine. Otherwise, save your time and money—go somewhere else.

The worst pizza place anyone can visit. Too expensive but not worth it . We spent 20.99 CAD on a veggie pizza and guess what when we opened it , the toppings were only made of olives and onions and the cheese looked rotten and the spice level oh god ask me ! Too spicy. Regret going to this place . Hated it .

My friends and I used to get pizza from them at least once a week or maybe sometimes twice a week and we used to love it. That’s the only pizza place we used to go to, but I believe there’s been a change in staff and the pizza quality has severely degraded it sometimes sometimes its yndercooked and sometimes it’s almost burnt. We thought it was a one time thing but this is all are experience since 5 to 6 times.
