Had brunch here this morning, and it was yumsies.
The price to portions to taste is decent.

I had the Denver omelet, and my wife had the mushroom and spinach omelet. Both omelets were good, along with hashbrowns, toast, and coffee.

The ambiance was chilled, our server was attentive, and the location is good.

I'll be back for sure.

We are regulars in the neighborhood (Fleetwood) Denny’s for our breakfast several times and though weren’t tired of their food, we still wanted a change and were quite attracted to this eatery within Guildford Mall due to its clean and grand look and awesome layout. We were grossly wrong about the place, forcing us to go back to our usual place by just one this single visit. We began ordering. We are quite considerate in treating fellow human beings, as we are at the last quarter, have passed through life, attaining higher level of maturity and at the same time we are meticulous about our choices due to personal reasons. We are basically poor eaters, we got clarified few questions, as we were finalizing our order. On omelette, we chose 4 options one with all of them vegetables - Denver mix, mushrooms, spinach and broccoli - sounds grand and bombastic. We checked on the number of eggs, as we had in mind to share the plate and planning to go on some add-ons. We were told 2 full eggs, but our chef makes it so nice with those fillings, looking like 3 eggs. We were quite happy and told decisively, we would share. Server also said it comes with hash browns and toast. We were doubly happy. On choice of toast we chose brown bread. We also saw there is an add-on of ‘all you can eat’ pancakes for $3.99 but it shouldn’t be shared, she said emphatically. We said fine and ordered initially 2 pancakes and only I would eat and won’t share with my partner. Nevertheless, server repeated again. I assured her again that only I would eat but she still appeared skeptical. We chose one more item in addition to extra pancakes, namely cauliflower sticks, after ascertaining from her that it’s available during breakfast time. She said a firm ‘yes’! She had all the while noted down all these details carefully and we felt assured. As an afterthought and being unsure about the size and thickness of the pancakes, I told the server to increase the pancakes from 2 to 3 and she said ok and corrected her note from 2 to 3 and of course repeating again that only I should eat. I assured her again. After few minutes server came running and said chef couldn’t prepare cauliflower sticks as it’s a lunch item. We said ok and agreed to stick to our other choices. She brought the food and placed the pancakes and noticed only 2 were there. She had the usual rhetoric like a broken record, pancakes shouldn’t be shared and I assured again. We didn’t question as to why 2 when we ordered 3, as said above, we are considerate and polite. We also noticed the toast was white bread and not the brown we had ordered. Again, we were considerate. After few minutes, she appeared again with cauliflower sticks and said chef could make it (sounded a bit to us like he did a favour to us). We said it’s fine, we would we have it, as we are considerate. We noticed the omelette was small and poor fillings and no taste, toast was small, hash browns tasted terrible and cold, cauliflower was oily and on the whole very poor. Nevertheless, the bill came for $32.52 and though we didn’t feel like tipping, we paid a tip of $3.48 making the total to a round $36.00! The visit was a big mistake and we will never do it again. We didn’t even feel like taking the pictures of the food items we had. True to its name by halfway and in half measure, this place leaves one hungry with no eats. Finally, one suggestion whether they implement or not. They should change the pancakes to shareable mode from ‘not-to-share’ ‘all-you-can-eat’ mode, putting a cap of 2 or 3 pancakes for $2.99 or $3.99. This will sure avoid monotonous rhetoric of not to share and frequent and periodical ‘policing’ breaching into privacy!

Food is good but if you use skipp the dishes your order will time out and get canceled so only go in to eat

We visited for the 1st time today and the food was excellent. I had fish tacos, which were some of the best I have ever had! Service was excellent.
Will certainly return and would highly recommend them.

Having been here several times in the past few months this is my first time doing a review. They have a brand new menu with several new items on it. Usually my lunch or dinner choice is omelette with toast and hash browns or a dinner meal with chicken etc. The service is excellent, place is always clean and quiet, can watch TV if you like. Service is fast and food has always been good and very reasonable prices. Have tried various different meal choices and have never been upset about food choice. Although not a fussy foodie, if it was not good I would not return. The staff are excellent and always top notch. A pleasure to come back over and over. A good meal, a good time, I will be back again soon!

Wheelchair accessibility: I didn’t use the washroom but the restaurant was very well laid out with a fair bit of room for someone with a wheelchair.

I haven’t been in this restaurant since it changed name.

The food was really quite perfect. I had the fish and chips. The fish was amazing it had a light coating which allowed me to taste the fish! It tasted fresh with no fishy taste! The fries were crispy and not oily.

The young lady that served me was efficient, friendly and checked on me without hovering.

I asked the waitress for my bill. She decides To sit down three more different customers and go get them their drinks and write down their orders and put it in the computer and still has no clue that I asked three times for my Bill don’t go to that store. They are idiots and they all should be fired. The manager doesn’t care.

**A Delightful Experience at Hungry Eats**

I recently dined at Hungry Eats and was thoroughly impressed. I ordered the classic fish and chips, and I must say, it was exceptional! The fish was perfectly cooked with a crispy, golden batter, while the chips were just the right level of crunchy on the outside and fluffy inside. The freshness and flavor of the meal made it one of the best fish and chips I’ve ever had.

The ambiance of the restaurant was warm and inviting, creating the perfect setting for a relaxed meal. The staff were friendly, attentive, and made sure everything was just right.

If you're looking for delicious food with a cozy atmosphere, Hungry Eats is definitely worth a visit. I can’t wait to return and try more from their menu!
