My order came in 2 hours later. They cancelled my order after half an hour then they redid it then said it's almost ready, dasher is on the way. But obviously not. I am not ordering from this restaurant again!!!

This place is AH-MAZ-ING! I came into the restaurant expecting your typical pho experience on a cold day and I was pleasantly surprised at the whole experience that my family received; from the food, the quick service, and clean ambiance. The broth of the pho was simply delicious and the portions are generous. If only they had a location closer to Vancouver but for now, I would gladly make the trek over for a hearty meal. :)

Went there for lunch and also it was my first time visit,we had 10 people,food came fast ,big portions, good food, friendly services,I said I will be back, oh btw I just read a bad review ,shame on whom whoever have complained about this restaurant

Rude Service & No Accountability My son found a hair in his seafood pho. When we told the server, she was rude, dismissive, and didn’t apologize. The kids’ lemonade took over 30 minutes to arrive, and my soup was taken away without explanation or apology. Instead of fixing the issue, the server deflected blame, pointing to the cook and implying it wasn’t their fault, which felt like she was blaming us. No apology, no compensation, and not even a thank you when we paid. Food issues can happen, but this level of rudeness and lack of professionalism is unacceptable. Would not recommend.

This isn’t my first time dining here and the food is consistently excellent. They recently introduced two new menu items, so we came to try them out. The beef short-rib pho was delicious—priced a bit higher than the regular pho, but with the 15% off promotion and the generous portion of meat, it was absolutely worth it.
The second new item, the beef bánh mì (photo 2), was honestly amazing. The beef was tender and juicy, and the sauce really brought everything together. Highly recommend!
We also ordered our usual favourites: spicy rare beef pho, Pho House Special, and Vietnamese iced coffee—all just as good as always.
Total for 4 people including tip came to $105. Great value and great food every time!

Fantastic food! The service that we had on this one occasion was more of an assembly line than a restaurant. The smiles must have cost extra and we didn't pay for that option.
But if you want great food quickly at a reasonable price, this is the place.
