I had a wonderful experience at this restaurant! The food is absolutely delicious – every dish was well prepared and bursting with flavor. What impressed me, though, was the service and welcoming attitude of the staff. From the moment we arrived, the team went above and beyond to make us feel valued and comfortable. They were attentive, friendly, and genuinely cared about our dining experience. This is the kind of place that keeps you coming back. Highly recommended!

We went for a late breakfast with our baby in his stroller, the staff was super accommoding and so sweet! Most of the lovely ladies came to say hello to our little guy and made sure we were comfortable. They even tried to be as quiet as they could when he was asleep as we ate. Couldnt be happier with the service!!!!

Visited this location countless times and never disappoints. Great food, amazing coffee, and good vibes. It gets very busy during the weekend as expected but it is definitely worth the wait. The waiters are really accommodating and kind, given the hecticness they have to manage. Will be stopping by here again.

So it's official...this is my last time spending money at this IHOP restaurant ever. Once again I had a poor prepared meal and little to no service. We arrive at 120pm, and ordered by 135pm and the food came out 30 mins later. The reason being is the kitchen was slammed and their cook was overwhelmed. I understand that 100 percent. But we were told this when the food came to the table and not while we were waiting. Reason being our server forgot to tell us and was busy chatting in back. (If you go to this restaurant the severs are always chatting in back and gossiping) I have not been here when it's not happening. It happens so much that the severs don't even care the customers can actually hear everything they are saying. The reason I bring this up is because this is why we were not made aware of our food being delayed. Regardless the food was poorly made, wet running eggs, poorly cooked and pancakes stuffed on small plates. Final pain to the experience...$55 dollars for 2 drinks and 2 breakfast meals. Never ever again. There are so many other options for breakfast, even the small not so great places are better than this location. Shame on you guys for asking these prices and serving this food to people.

Recently the manager, Carol posted the new, limited time Early Bird Special (M-Fri 7-9am, excluding holidays).
My friend often suggests we meet for lunch here as she & her family go often. It’s been a long, long time since I’ve been for breakfast so I said ok, especially as I’ve been seeing tv ads for their burgers. I don’t know why it’s so hard to see the full menu on-line without tapping “order” but it was for me. That’s why I’ve taken pics of every page.
Her standard order is from the 55+ Menu: 55+ Rise ‘N Shine $12.39 which we both ordered. One with bacon, the other sausage. We ordered the shredded hashbrowns extra crispy, they offer cubed as well. Toast choices are: white, multigrain, sourdough and rye. The food was good, bacon is thicker than what you’d get at Denny’s as was service from Chloe.
I was really surprised to see how busy the lunch hour on a Tuesday (12:45) was. I imagine weekends are more so.
Unfortunately, parking is very limited on property. Street parking or across the street at the Superstore are your best bet.
