We've been coming to this IHOP for years now. We used to come with our mom and since she passed away it's a place for my sister and I to go for good memories. The ladies have always been wonderful and make our visit fun. We've never gone to another restaurant that has made us feel this way! You all deserve the highest rating for all you do...and let's not forget the great food!

I have been to this place a couple of times, and both of them were good. The staff members are very friendly, the place is clean, the food is tasty. So, go for it!
Food was supbar at best, waitress got a bunch of stuff wrong and cutlery was absent entirely. What a travesty, from the kitchen to the table this was nothing short of a colossal failure.

We came to IHOP for brunch. The ambience and food were both really good. However, the service was very disappointing. Our server, Sabrina, barely interacted with us—no greeting, no courtesy, and when she brought the food, she just banged the plates on the table and walked away. There was no service throughout the meal, and someone else brought the payment machine.
Due to this complete lack of customer service, we chose not to leave a tip—something we always do when service is good. Shockingly, as we were leaving, the server made a loud, sarcastic comment about not receiving a tip, clearly directed at us - “wow no tip, what a joke”
We’ve been regular IHOP customers and have always tipped well, but this experience was upsetting and unprofessional. If you want customers to tip, then respectful service is the bare minimum.

I placed an order through Uber Eats from I Hope, expecting a timely delivery. Instead, I waited 40 minutes, only to have the order cancelled without explanation. No apology, no attempt to make things right—just a cancellation notice after nearly an hour of waiting.
Both Uber Eats and I Hope showed zero accountability. If there was an issue with the order, it should’ve been communicated earlier. At the very least, some acknowledgment or compensation would’ve shown basic respect for my time.
This experience was extremely disappointing. I won’t be ordering from I Hope again, and Uber Eats needs to seriously improve how they handle failed deliveries.
