The layout is the same as the one that was torn down in Abbotsford. It is familiar to me. Friendly staff and good food. Worth it to stop in and eat. The crepes went vegan and taste horrible. No option for old ones. Does not taste like it did in 2024. Sad they didnt tell us or give an option.

Staff were friendly, we were seated quick and food eventually came. Everything seemed good until we came home and all 4 of us, including my 16 month old became sick and had to frequent the washroom. The two things we all had were pancakes and strawberry milkshake. The pancakes tasted a bit off so I wonder if it was that. Overall it’s super concerning that we were served contaminated food.

Service was EXTREMELY slow. I went on Thursday in the afternoon only for an order of pancakes for takeout but that took ages snd even large parties who came in after me were served. To add insult to injury, they served the wrong order and gave me chicken nuggets so I had to go back in the store to get this corrected.

Very clean IHOP, but sad the Swedish Lingonberry crepes are gone. Food otherwise was standard for this type of establishment, though the hashbrowns weren't as good as they used to be (batch cooked without enough oil to get to the potatoes in the middle)
