Good food, good service, good vibes. All this young gentleman could ask for on an early morning breakfast trip in the Delta/Surrey area. The young fetching waitress Cedez provided Immaculate service and a sensational experience. Never a dull moment with that one. Thank you IHOP for making my day and I will undoubtedly be back.

A group of us visit this restaurant every second Thursday.We usually sit in a section that Sabrina is our server. She is a 10/10, personable, professional and eager to please. She makes our breakfast there all the more enjoyable and we want her boss to know how much we love her! Today, we did not sit in her section, someone was at our table so we had a different server and she was excellent, too. We, unfortunately, did not get her name. This spot is a great place to go for good food, at reasonable prices, and to be waited on by such lovely servers. Top notch IHOP.Parking: loads of free parking
