The worst experience of my life beware. Scam artists

Foot Dr is never in & whenever I call in nobody picks up the phone & if they do, they hang on you & makes you call back? Worst place to go for your feet. Stay away!

My husband is a Veteran. He cannot get any coverage through Veteran Affairs because this clinic refuses to call Veterans Affairs to ask for a “simple permission to ask Vac to treat him” so he claim his receipts to get some money back. This is what Veterans Affairs is asking for. Because they are NOT authorized service provider, this simple task seems to imply they don’t care that a Veteran will have to pay out of pocket. His feet are recked from years of military service footwear. He needs treatment and unfortunately will need to travel down island because this clinic is so rigid and unwilling to try to help. They are the only clinic here in the Valley that has a podiatrist. He needs authorization before he gets reimbursed. He is not asking them to become a service provider, they only need permission from Veterans Affairs to provide treatment, a simple phone call. This is such a disrespect to all Veterans. This is not a great way to do business, it doesn’t give a very caring message to Veterans.

Dr. Phan is an exceptional doctor. Very good with kids that are naturally nervous around doctors. The facilities at the island Foot Clinics are very clean and orderly and you do not feel intimidated at all. I'd be bringing my child here as he is in need of a very good podiatist. Found that here at the Island Foot Clinics.

I hate this foot clining you should never go here I would give this 0 stars.I have been waiting for my daughters athortics for 4 months and she is suffering in pain a lot.we called them today and said be patient.I recommend you do it in a different country.very very poor survive never coming again. I don't want want to give any stars but I can't post it without stars.This star does not count.Very bad survice

I'm sure that this is a great clinic but they should probably get a 604 area code for their Surrey branch lest I keep getting all their calls.

Had a large cluster of worts on my heel, under calis. Dr. Is a master with a sharp blade. Came back after two weeks. Dr. Cleaned it up and removed it all. Good to go. No pain. Very fast and professional.

Had a toe nail consultation and procedure today, Dr. Phan was great! He explains everything and did a quick and painless toe nail removal procedure.

Disappointed in this clinic! Paid over $700, no change. Island Health said orthotics were totally wrong. This clinic refused to make it right & were disrespectful & rude. Go elsewhere

This clinic was recommended to me and was worth it! The staff and Doctor were, great. I have used the orthotics for a couple of weeks and I have no more pain. Thank you
