I love this cafe but I wish you would train the baristas properly. About 50% of the time it's the best espresso I've had in my life, and 50% of the time it's bitter and has no body. I watch the baristas and realized that it's a problem with tamping. Some of them tamp properly, while others give it a single, light tamp (resulting in a watery, slightly bitter espresso.) If you just fix this issue it will always be the greatest espresso.

Good coffee and delicious food but expensive. Love the beach bum latte.

This has ended up being my favorite coffee place in my new neighborhood. Great coffee (I particularly like the Palm Tree Latte) and beans and the poke is excellent too.

Love this location. Staff are super friendly. Açaí bowls are delicious. Prices are pretty reasonable. Great seating area inside and a few tables outside as well.

I've got the Acai bowl a couple times. It's delicious. But inconsistent... different amounts of things in the bowl on different days. Sometimes lots of granola, sometimes very very little. Some times honey, sometimes none. Delicious and worth the money..the keiki bowl (small) is just over $9 and it's very satisfying ( especially when there is a lotbof granola)

I’m here daily, great little spot. One BIG suggestion. When food is ordered, staff need to take a name for the order and yell it out when it comes out. Too many times my food is sitting up at the counter getting cold. Not a big deal just yell out the order !! Thanks.

The coffee was not well roasted and lacks depth. They use the oat milk that is thin and doesn’t taste great. When we walked in we weren’t greeted and instead a man who came in way behind us was served first. The person working at the counter didn’t know what a iced flat white was and so charged 9$ for a iced latte, and was cold / not welcoming. The space is pretty, and the music is nice, a good amount of space to sit as well. There seems to be a heavy emphasis on Hawaiian culture but not sure if it’s cultural exploitation or if there is a genuine connection to Hawaii. I would rather spend my money at a place like this than Starbucks, but felt like the quality of food and service should match price. The worst part was my lava cookie was very hard and stale ?

Pretty run of the mill cafe that follows the typical formula around here: Make you wait too long for over-priced stuff while you sit and enjoy the otherwise nice atmosphere and decor. Oh well. It's a nice spot for a casual coffee meet-up, atleast.

Love this place! Such a great place for a cup of coffee and a light meal. The Ono Kai bagel is so fresh, and the Acai bowl is the perfect combo of sweet, sour, and crunchy.I'd definitely recommend this place! They have some outdoor seating as well, which is perfect when its nice and sunny out.

I get a salted caramel latte every time and it’s always such a great pick me up at the end of a long day. The staff is so friendly and the atmosphere is very cozy. One of the very few places in the lower mainland to get authentic tasting poke that tastes like I’m getting it straight from Foodland in Hawaii.
