The portions are too small for the price. The food is fine, but for 90$ and 4 dishes the amount of food to price is not comparable to restaurants in North Surrey / Cloverdale.

I would not recommend this place to anyone. way over priced for portions of food. i saw some reviews that stated the portions were generous, after rereading that was posted 3 yrs ago. the only dish that was worth its orice was the cheapest dish sweet and sour pork. Broccoli and beef 90% Veggies hardly any beef. Kung pow chicken good luck finding any chicken and the chicken chow mein i think they forgot to add chicken. i called to discuss and was told food cost is too high so its traditional chinese

We’ve been coming here for about 3 years since moving to the area. The food is always excellent. We’ve never had a bad dish. It’s a small local family run restaurant that’s a hidden gem in the strip mall with T&T. These little mom and pop Chinese restaurants are getting fewer and fewer and harder to find. Would highly recommend if you’re craving good Chinese food.

I really want to like this place, but it's just difficult. The food is just bland and not really well made. I had the brisket noodle soup and it just didn't taste right compared to one I would have in Richmond. The meat was lacking in the correct taste. But I think worst of all was the broth. It was just weird tasting and way too oily. I also tried the fried rice which was okay but a bit too dry. I did try the lunch specials or the early afternoon specials where they have reduced prices thank goodness because the regular pricing for what I would have bought would have not been worth it at all. Come on guys you can do better there's not many Chinese restaurants in Surrey that are any good so you could be the best if you wanted to be! It's so sad we have to go to Richmond to get actual decent Cantonese Chinese Hong Kong style food.
We came with 2 families for dinner at 4:45. The restaurant was empty, then it filled up. Lots of to go orders out the door. After 1.5 hours, other people got the same dishes we ordered and got theirs while we had nothing. We offered to pay for the Saki and the eggs rolls we consumed. They wouldn't let us leave and put our order in to go boxes. We are heading to our event hungry. I have never left a review before but this is definitely deserved!

As other people have commented the food was generally good... BUT the price hike is one thing... then they changed the size of take out tray to be smaller and still not full of the food . So 3 strikes.. too bad because i did enjoy the food.

The amount of food you get for the price is not good. The food is okay, I was disappointed in some of the dishes they lacked flavour. I find that I could go to Top Kings or T&T and get the same quality for a better price.

Like many of the other reviews the food is great, one of the better places around North Surrey without a doubt. My family and I have eaten in a few times and we're very happy with our meals, the portions did look a little "lackluster" but the quality made up for it. HOWEVER, I recently ordered delivery, and that's where I was more than disappointed, same great food, but honest to God half portions arrived at my door! When the delivery guy handed me one small, and light bag I even asked if he had forgotten something until I peered inside and saw all my dishes. My $85 dinner barely fed my son and I with a small meal left over. The take out containers were small, just "filled", and I felt ripped off. I know prices to eat out have gone up, but they are definitely cutting back on portion size as well. They have lost a customer purely based on portion size in this case. A shame because the food is good, but not for what they are serving you.
Got take here and it was really good. Very nice crispy chicken. Good portions. Will be ordering again.
