My friend Jing treated me for my birthday lunch @ Jav's Kaldero today. The food were all delicious. I love the TINOLA. It was very tasty! The butter shrimp were very big & tasty. Thank you for a very good service from Morica, Jeny & Philip. They were all very nice, friendly & helpful. I invite everyone to try their BUFFET. You will all enjoy it!🥰🤤
All you can eat dinner $27.99. which included 8 dishes + mini spring rolls + steamed shrimp + fried fish plus white rice or yellow noodle. Also Desserts include mungbean cake, chocolate pudding, Pandan jello, pineapple and watermelon. My favorite was the Bicol Express (pork cubes cooked in coconut milk) It's rich and creamy. Laing (taro leaves in coconut milk) was also interesting.

Went here for the first time to try their food, I ordered tosilog, palabok and sago’t gulaman for drinks. I barely get meat from the tocino it’s mostly fats and bland. The palabok was not appetizing at all, just sauce, half an egg and little green onion, that’s it, no chicharon nor meat or shrimp. Won’t come back there anymore. I’m disappointed.

I recently had the pleasure of dining at Jav’s Kaldero, and I must say it was an incredible experience from start to finish!
The food was absolutely fantastic—each dish was bursting with flavor and cooked to perfection. It’s clear that the kitchen takes pride in every plate they send out. Whether it was a traditional favorite or a unique twist, everything tasted like it was made with love and attention to detail.
The service was equally impressive! The staff was attentive, friendly, and genuinely made us feel welcome. They went above and beyond to ensure we had a great dining experience, which made us feel like valued guests.
What really stood out, though, was how much Jav’s Kaldero felt like coming home. The atmosphere was warm, cozy, and inviting—like a slice of hometown comfort. To top it all off, I had the pleasure of meeting Jav, the owner, who was incredibly kind and personable. He took the time to chat with us, making the experience even more memorable.
If you’re looking for a place that combines amazing food, excellent service, and a heartfelt connection, Jav’s Kaldero is the spot. I can’t wait to go back and try more of their dishes! Highly recommended!

This place is awesome! They’ve got silogs and halo halo!!!! They also have an AYCE bar with a bunch of different ulam (dishes). I went in with silog in mind but left with a tummy full of ulam and rice! Oh! The AYCE bar came with dessert too! If you like pandan and ginataan (coconut milk dessert), you’re going to love this!
