I ordered pho and upon sipping the broth isn't the same as it use to be. Weak beef broth flavor, overused star anise and clove which gives off almost Chinese herbal taste. The noodles were either over cooked or reheated as it was smushy and slightly slimy. The owner was friendly and attentive and gave me a different dish which I asked for instead of another bowl of pho.

A bit of my personal feedback to the restaurant:
Increase beef broth mixture and either decrease star anise+clove amount, or simmer it less. Add more msg for umami flavor which will enhanced with increased addition of beef broth.
Please serve tea hot as it was lukewarm.

This place use to be very busy and I use to come here when I was younger, it's sad to see how the quality went down. I normally don't leave detailed feedback on any of my reviews but I hope to see improvements and revisit sometime near the future.

I just ordered via delivery.

If I knew the type of noodles this restaurant uses was not your typical rice noodles for Vietnamese pho, I wouldn't have ordered.

The soup, the meat was good, But the noodles I had to throw out because they tasted like nothing.

Still giving them 4 stars... but I would never order here again.

To Pho HOA ( Surrey ) I got my order very wrong and I paid too much for that. I order 3 foods and I got only 2 foods. I call the restaurant to inform right away but no response. I want my money back. This food delivery is not for me. This belongs to someone that is why I call immediately to let you know. But instead you never get response.

Tried Pho Hoa in Surrey and absolutely loved it! The popcorn chicken rice bowl with egg was my favorite — super crispy and flavorful. We also had avocado rolls, grilled chicken banh mi, and their new salt & pepper wings — all on point! The drinks from Jazen Tea, especially the mango fuzz and buzzing berry, were so refreshing. Great food, quick service, and awesome Happy Hour deals. Will definitely be back!

I ordered a Large Pho and they didn't include enough Meat in the Large Bowl compared to the Other Sizes.I have had Pho from this place before and it was better than I had today and plenty meat in the soup.I love pho and this is a bit disappointing.Hope they fix this issue.

I like their noodles and they have smaller size of Pho than regular small in other Vietnamese restaurants which is perfect portion for one person, usually the regular small one is too much for me.
