Love the staff kind and super helpful!! I visit min of 5 times a week, I like the noodles freshly made. Love it cause other places the noodles Absorb the broth and get soggy. NOT here!! An a rewards program is big bonus

Bought take out from this place, thought it would be ready to eat but they gave the coldest noodle (probably came straight from the fridge) and room temperature pho soup. I waited 45 minutes for this... Had to heat up everything which took extra 10 minutes. They gave two tiny containers for hoisin and chili sauce. I bought takeouts from this place before and it was much better and ready to eat. Not sure what happened, very disappointing

Had the chicken wings- did not seem to be very fresh. They don’t use rice paper for the spring roll which was disappointing and way too much carrots in the filling. Lots of better options in Vancouver - likely won’t return even though we drive from Kelowna to go shopping at Henlong market next door.

The worst pho I have ever eaten in my life, I didn't even finish it.. The vegetables were rotten and the soup didn't taste good.. they put 6 pieces of shrimp even I ordered on the shrimp in my phone.

This place doesn't prioritize customers time .people don't use hair tie while cooking as a result you will find hairs in your food.

Poorly trained girl at the front that doesn't care about customer service. (Barely looks up or aware of her surroundings and too focused on giggling with her high school friends to notice and when she looks your way she doesnt actually even look at you). I waited at least 5 minutes staring at the girl and eventually waving to get her attention only to be told you have to go up to the front to pay for the bill. Servers don't come to you apparently. For an Asian restaurant the tea is served in a water glass not tea cup. The atmosphere is cold as there's no warmth in the design. There is no customer service focus the front person has her friends hanging out at the restaurant and the friends walk around like they own the place. If I was the owner I'd fire the front staff person for their non caring attitude. This is a business not someone's living room. Poor communication skills as well not even a how are you doing or how is the food tasting. Again just giggling off. The owner is probably working hard as the chef in the back when his front is completely destroyed

The food was good. They use flat rice noodle instead of the usual thin vermicelli. The lady forgot our bubble tea. We got it after reminding her, but we were already done with our food.

Very racist place food was not good old noodles, old beef, old meatballs, treated us like we were nothing asked for a refund told us they were called the police
