I had a very disappointing experience at Jollibee King George because of the inconsiderate manager, Tonet. Unlike other Jollibee branches such as Granville and Cambie—where the managers are friendly, considerate, and actually make customers feel valued—this location left me dismayed.
I specifically came all the way from Victoria, BC to enjoy Jollibee and my favorite pineapple quencher, but when I requested it be filled properly (as other branches gladly do), the manager flat-out refused. It’s such a simple and reasonable request that would not hurt the business in any way, yet it left me feeling disrespected as a customer.
Worst, she mistakenly punch in fries, instead of steamed rice and there was no fries nor rice that I paid that were included in my tray. I still have to ask again the counter and they rudely checked the receipt as if I am complaining or asking something that were not paid.
I find it very inconsiderate that a store manager would rather withhold a few extra sips of juice than show courtesy and appreciation to someone who traveled far to dine here, likewise not paying attention while taking orders.
Small gestures matter, and in this case, the lack of one ruined the experience. I will think twice before returning to this branch, and I hope Jollibee takes a serious look at how this manager treats their customers.
I will never return to this branch again, I know my money won’t hurt their business but definitely this bad review does. This is the first ever bad review I’ve written as I was extremely disappointed and lost my appetite.
Kabayan pa naman but masungit at inconsiderate.

First time ever having Jolleebee after hearing so much about it. Staff was very friendly! Small restaurant and awkward waiting for the takeout. Got the 10 piece with the pies…most everything was delicious except the chicken had so much yellow gross fat that it turned me off completely!! I would never eat here again.

Loved their fried chicken and gravy! The staff member who helped me was awesome at suggesting the best combo deal.. I did feel the premises could have been maintained better as my table was sticky and the HVAC tubes above me in the ceiling dripped water every now and then.

very friendly workers ! i came in with my friends when it was super wet and they were so good with providing kind service and a delicious hearty meal. i ended up dropping my pie on the ground and the person working kindly provided a second pie free of extra charge. i’m not a huge pie fan , and i can say the ube pie is to to die for, nothing like any other fast food pie i’ve had !

K, jollibee team couldnt figure out how to get me a mayo in under 3 minutes while food was getting cold - then tried to charge me over a dollar for this half full tiny container of it. They just kept me waiting instead of providing cx service - who thinks about ordering mayo with their order?!@

Everything was beyond what i expected however. It was a bit creepy to see that one homeless folk sleeping and doing stuff inside that restaurant. But overall, my first time at Jollibees was awesome! Thank you!

We dined there one time, ordered 6pcs chicken, told the cashier I'd take 3 regular 3 spicy but the order came all regular flavored. I went to tell them but they said they can't change it or if the can they have to throw it because it's been served. I understand that food safety is a must. But my order came incorrect. They changed 1 pc to regular and rudely threw in the trash can in front of me the spicy one they got from my bucket. Who threw it is the entitled manager.
