I love Jollibee. But i have to wait 15 mins most of the time. I just thought it's going to be a bit faster since its a fastfood. And also a bit disappointing to travel from abbotsford to surrey, just to learn they are out of jolly spaghetti. But all in all, food is great. I wish they've done something to improve the services.
The chicken is saggy and the taste is bad, the price is expensive so I’d rather get Popeyes chicken

We decided to take out one menu since we wanted to try new chicken brand. We googled which menu is the most popular one here and it said spaghetti; which was temporarily sold out. So I asked staff when the spaghetti will be back in stock thinking we might wanna wait until it’s available again and he replied it will be available ‘when we have spaghetti ready’ lol. Yeah, thanks to such a helpful answer, we decided to grab something else and leave. Chicken palabok was something I never tasted before and I’d say it was pretty good and their spicy chicken was great! Overall, the food was very impressive and so did their service.

First time at this location and the service was very kind and joyful. They had an area for online pick ups and you check in with the front to get your bag. We had the original chicken with 3 sides - mashed potatoes (it was ok), spaghetti (should have gotten a larger size) and fries (also good but nothing out of the ordinary). It isn’t the cheapest - however many fast food chicken joints aren’t anymore but it’s quality more than anything. We also tried the pies and they were flaky and delicious but very sweet. Very accessible via transit as it is by the station but the are around it is still developing I’d say as lots of different demographic.
Heard a lot about this company. Went to try their fried chicken. Got a bucket. Some pieces were done well, but some was over dried. It seemed like the pieces sat under the heat lamp for too long. Even the bones looked black.Their noodle concoction was pretty good. And I enjoyed the purple filling pie. Will definitely give them another chance.

Delicious food! Unfortunately the atmosphere in almost all their North America stores cannot compare with what Philippine stores offer. Price is quite expensive though.
