Young lady was very kind and polite. Only issue is either she wasn't listening well, is hard if hearing (I don't mean that as an insult), or is new amd still learning the menu as I had to repeat myself several times throughout the order. But even with that small gripe aside, I DONT want her being removed or reprimanded as she was very friendly and polite and aside from that critique did her job well.

Restaurant was clean and inviting. Felt roomy and nice. Service was fast. Pricing is a bit on the expensive side, but if I'm being honest, the food is l, in my opinion, better than the usual fried chicken places, which I won't name here, but you can figure out places I'm referring to I'm sure.

So food is slightly expensive, but worth it.

Food is good, it's always packed. Beats KFC by a landslide, you get a gravy with your chicken combos by default and the chicken tastes better.

I ordered 3 palabok 2 with one piece of chicken, one combo and one palabok only I’m requesting for both thighs but they said they cannot serve both thighs the manager said it’s their standard that one thigh and one leg I said it’s individual order because we like both thighs, I can’t get the logic how come they cannot serve both thighs. I’m really disappointed and chicken are too salty.

Always great that jolibee is here. Just wish they had the full menu from the Philippines. Otherwise amazing chicken and chicken sandwich.

Overhyped but still good.

Jollibee has good food and my family enjoys having it once in awhile. However, the customer service today was terrible. We usually order online, and they do not have an option for extra tender sauce. We instead order a side of gravy, and call the store to replace it with tender sauce (as they are being paid the same amount either way). We have done this multiple times with no issue. Today, they told us they cannot do that. While this was disappointing, we asked for them to simply refund the gravy. We talked to three individuals, and they all said they could not refund it. While I wish I could give them the benefit of the doubt, I order on Uber Eats enough to know that when a store does not have an item, or if I call them and don't want something, they can cancel it. In fact, the app doesn't even allow cancellations after a certain amount of time has passed. What would be done if the gravy was out of stock for example? Additionally, I did not appreciate the lady attempting to convince us into not doing the refund because it will 'take 3 weeks'. I am unsure if these are new employees or different management, but I will be going to the other Surrey location from now on.

We just ordered for to go today, I was re-assured everything was completed before the bag was handed to my son. When we got home the mqin dish of our order was missing.

I called then after and told them and they knew right away what I was calling for. So I asked them what's the best way to rectify the situation. And I was told to either drive back their to get it or just get a refund for just that item. This idiots gave us an incomplete order and now gives me an option of either driving back from white rock to get it which is a 40 minute drive or a refund on the item thats missing that will take 7 days to get. THEY FCKD UP and now they want the costumer to suffer. What a way to fix the situation. . 👎

Very disappointed!! We travel how many hours. It's just for jollibee coz we dont have it in our town.. we ordered one with rice and then the crew asked the manager (miles) by name and said there was none available! So it's okay if we understand that there is no more rice! We heard the manager whispering to the crew that (the rice is only for delivery). (They were talking as if there were no customers in front of them) At the same time, they moved the rice of about 9 pcs to the side. My companion said that he was willing to wait, but the manager (miles) said that it was 30 minutes before the order was placed at 9:59! They close at 11 pm. It's just disappointing that we didn't eat at the airport only for Jollibee and they didn't give us rice!!! I hope you have rice until close because we are Filipinos, rice is life!!!!!
