Had a great dining experience at Jollibee strawberry hill today, we ordered the chicken jou and palabok, bucket treat a along with peach mango pie and everything was absolutely delicious! The chicken joy was perfectly crispy and juicy.
A special shoutout to Ethl the counter crew for her friendly and efficient service she greeted us with a smile and made sure our order was perfect.Also, big thanks to duty supervisor Edizon for being attentive and ensuring everythinh went smoothly.
Overall, a wonderful experience with great food and even great service.
I have ordered from here twice in the last three days and every time they have missed the drinks for the delivery orders. This Jollibee needs to do a better job managing their delivery orders to ensure the customer gets what they're ordering. Don't order delivery from here if you are getting any drinks because you won't get them.

I go in the restaurant to buy 6 pieces chicken with 2 sides with drink. Cost quite expensive than other fried chicken places. But their chicken not feels so greasy compared to others. Once I ordered, I need to wait almost 30 minutes to get my order. Restaurant is not that busy when I go in and no idea why take long time to get the food.
