Typical dive bar vibe. The best food around, cheap drinks and decent service. Always a good spot! Breakfast is delicious here as well.

Good daily specials. Wings and fish&chips are great. Service has always been “jolly”, never had bad service here.

Currently watching my server/bartender take shots behind the bar while I’m waiting to pay my bill that was dropped off over 5 minutes ago. Waited 30 mins to order food, over 10 mins each time wanting a refill. The wings were so over done, I felt I was breaking a bone but it was just the “meat”. No quality check.
Absolute terrible service and terrible food tonight.

I’ve been here several times and the older ladies are always amazing. But tonight, this bartender, was atrocious.

If you’re looking to come here for lunch, you’ll be out of luck, they don’t have a proper menu till after 4pm, unless you want a smokie or soup, better off to go someplace else. Only saving grace is the liquor store, staff are always super friendly & helpful.

My wife and I were visiting the area for the first time. Jolly Mac's pub was fantastic. We shared a platter which was really tasty. Our waitress Vicky was the star of the show. Really looked after us, was polite and helpful, and was a real asset to the pub. Pints of the lager were pretty lame but being from the UK that was only to be expected from our canadian/American comrades . Our 2oz spirits were really nice though. Great looking pub, great waitress in Vicky and lovely atmosphere. Will definitely be coming back.

I went to support my local bar, and there was an older lady I think she was the bartender. We ordered a pitcher of beer and sat at the table. We took a sip of the beer and it tasted flat. I went up to the bar and asked the old lady bartender if I could get a new one because this one doesn’t taste right and seems flat.i said maybe it’s flat or the beer is finishing. And then so rudely she looks at the guy next to me and goes. Is your beer flat and proceeds to say why are you complaining? What’s your problem? I was so taken back by this encounter that I just left quietly, but everyone around her that was working had to come up to me and apologize and said that is no way to talk to a customer and said you were so calm and polite. All she had to do was switch out the beer but instead she started yelling and saying and making faces saying you are complaining what do you want? What do you want then? On Offense, but I think it’s time for her to retire
