I’ve been ordering for my birthday cake from Just cake for 5 years now and usually its really good and follows my expectations but this time when I ordered the cake I got one for my seventeen birthday and the theme was mama Mia “dancing queen young and sweet only 17” and I wanted that on my cake but when I went to pick it up it only said dancing queen young, and they told me they would write it all down on the cake. This really ruined my mood and the cake because it didn’t make sense on why I chose to write that on my cake because the whole lyric wasn’t on it. I paid over $250 on it and I still didn’t get what I wanted.

Not bad, I've tried some of the cake jars. Only thing that could some work is the buttercream which doesn't soften much despite being left at room temperature. And you don't get much flavour from it as it's mostly just butter. I asked for the double chocolate cake jar & later when I got home I noticed the label says eggless. Really wish the worker had mentioned this to me because I definitely would have asked for the regular one with eggs. I'm sure the eggless version contributed to it being dry & less flavourful.

I ordered Hazelnut espresso cake for my birthday and was super excited but was dissapointed and let down due to the buttercream frosting being very very sweet. Ended up with most of the cake uneaten by guests and myself due to that. Also barely got any hazelnuts, and espresso flavor was not prominent due to excessive sweetness. Please tone down the sugar or have small pastries/cakes that customers can buy for trial before placing big orders. Edit - The order was under Pooja so maybe that's why you couldn't find under my user name listed here. It was picked up on 13th December 2 PM at your Scott road location.

I bought a red velvet cake for my wedding anniversary. It was my first time trying this shop, and I was expecting a good-quality cake for such a special day. Unfortunately, the cake was extremely sweet and not enjoyable at all. No one could eatu it, and we had to throw it away. It really spoiled our anniversary celebration. I am very disappointed with the sweetness level however cake was moist and fresh. Thank you but will never come back.

What can I say, the cakes in the latest cake drop box were AMAZING. Thank you so, so much and also thanks to creating such unique flavours: kulfi; rocher; a twist on carrot cake; OMG chocolate chip cookie; and an epic spice cake. The tiramisu box was to die for! I hope you bring this box back soon! Not only did the cakes/treats look beautiful, they tasted just as good! The flavours and moist cakes were unique in presentation, tasted sooo good, I loved them. I can’t wait for the next box drop so I can be one of the first to order, sample and review more epic cakes!! Thanks Raveena.

I ordered the desserts for my families thanksgiving dinner. Everyone, every single person who was there, loved the desserts so much it was amazing! I was the star of the evening 🤗 Easy online ordering and excellent customer service when I personally picked up my order. I will definitely be a return customer!

I ordered Rasmalai cake tin , it says tin but this is a small plastic cup for $ 13. When I ordered last time it was a proper tin and was justified to the price a but is thisa joke . I understand u gotta do business but I like ur cakes and being a customer I felt that I should give my feedback that please if u want to charge 13 please atleast add the value not just charge for brand name and also the cake is frozen . It’s not anymore the way it used to be . Please fix the taste and add value and then u can charge 25 for this and I will be happy to pay but fix it . Thanks

I went in today to find a to go cake and wasn’t sure what option to choose out of the flavours. I asked one of the staff members for some help and let her know my family doesn’t like cakes too sweet and they aren’t a fan of chocolate. She recommended that I get the vanilla strawberry cake and it was such a good idea! Everyone loved it and they thought the cake was moist, lightweight, and not overly sweet! So glad I chose to get a cake from here and I will definitely be coming back. I’ve never really enjoyed other strawberry cakes in the past, but this one was sooo delicious!!
