We have been to this restaurant almost 2yrs ago. Didn't have a full meal at the time. Just had coffee & snacks. Food was average. What stayed with us though was the loud conversation & laughter of the female servers - very audible from the kitchen.We were planning on going there today for dinner and was going through the reviews to check if there were improvments. We were horrified to read the owner's responses to the negative feedback - belittlement, abuses & asking customers to 'get lost'. Alongwith the poor food quality, a recurring element throughout the reviews was the owner's terrible attitude. His responses to the negative reviews validates the customers' experience.Beyond comprehension as to why someone running a hospitality business would behave in this manner.Never ever going there.

Good South Indian food, quite authentic. Had the Onamsadhya, it was simple and tasty home style food. Will definitely visit again and try some of their other options.

We ordered onasadhya three days before Onam. They said the food will be available at 2:30pm but we had to wait for an hour to get the food! It was the worst onasadhya we have ever eaten. The quality and the flavor is poor. I would leave zero stars if I could. ?

Was craving Sri Lankan food. But half of what I wanted was unavailable. The food we got had mixed reviews from the others. One dish had vegetables that were as tough as leather. Customer service was decent, as they went over vegan options fairly clearly, but had to pay twice with a business card, which is not okay in my opinion. Food has a lot of potential, but they need to put more effort into every aspect of their business.

They served me stale fish curry telling me that that’s how it tastes. This is unacceptable. This is not the first time they showed this kind of horrible customer service. In the previous visit they served me kothu parota which was like a curry and told me that’s the way it is. They served me egg omelette that was so thick and burnt from below. The worst part is the horrible service. They don’t accept their mistake. I will never come here again.

I went there with my South Indian friend to try authentic kerala food as I love kerala food but unfortunately the service was very bad and rude customer service especially the owner doesn’t know how to accept mistakes and apologize. They dnt deserve to be in this business.

Its very upsetting to share this but Ihad a very bad experience, we ordered kerala meals and it was tasteless. Rice was mushy and soggy. Fish curry tasted so bad. I also had food poisoning. I wouldn't recommend this restaurant.
