Great Restaraunt, sad to see it closed. Management should have seen it coming. Their hours are not conducive to a family restaurant. I hope someone new buys this and keeps the prices and food the same. The waitress Leeza is super, been there 20 years and knows the customers. We have been going for years at least 1x a week, now we have to look for somewhere else where we can feel welcome. This is very hard, have tried many different places since Kalmar closed, but as yet haven't found any where to compare. I will keep my eyes open, maybe someone will take over and run the place efficiently. We miss you Leeza, good luck with the future. The rest of the staff , take care and we wish you good things to come.SAD GOODBYE! ;(

I've been going to this restaurant for years, the staff are very friendly and never had any issues with the food. If you want a reasonably priced place to eat, I would suggest to try the Kalmar Restaurant on 80th and King George Hwy.

Don't eat here and the people that work here are crazy old women. I hope someday this restaurant will shut down and turn into an apartment building. You are better off eating at McDonald's than here.

Great place for breakfast. Friendly staff great menu. I hope their breakfast buffet will be back some day. We really enjoyed it. It's a good place to keep on mind as it has a well rounded menu.

Visited for the first time with the wife, and we were quite pleased with our visit. While the place was a bit dated, it had the feel of an old school family restaurant with plenty of booth-style seating and separated table dining area.Ordered the classic burger with a salad, while the wife had fish and chips. We split a strawberry waffle. The fish and chips were good (the fries were outstanding), as was my burger. The salad was a salad but that's why I ordered it.Our waitress was very nice and funny. She spoke to us as if we had been long-time customers and it was appreciated.

Came for lunch here and ordered liver and onions..The gravey was sour so called the server to let him know.. he said "it shouldn't be bad this early as we make grave once a week"The service is TERRIBLE.I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE FOR A NICE MEAL.
