Kami Strawberry Hill Japanese Restaurant

I eat sushi at least once a week, I’ve been to nearly every sushi restaurant on 120th, and I can confidently say that this is the best one. The quality is great, service is impeccable, and the staff is super friendly.

Experience is one of the better ones. Though not as busy as other sushi restaurants and slightly on the pricer side.

Good food although they let us wait for 50 minutes JUST TO ORDER unbelievable I’m never coming back here

Told the server that i was gonna eat dine in but i’m just gonna pay upfront because im on a rush. You know quick bites. Then when i came back from the washroom it was pack as a to go. So i still decided to eat in the restaurant because im so hungry. And she pass me back and forth withouth accommodating me. She didnt even offer a drink to the single customer they have (me) and when i try to get her attention she was acting busy on a dead restaurant. So i ended up getting my own water in their bar (close to their garbage) and she got upset and screaming. She told me i should’ve ask her. Im a part of this industry to and i know for a fact that drinks are offered not ask. That’s all for me.

Great Sushi Place, in my opinion one of the best in the area. We’ve tried a few and this is quite good in terms of food quality and the overall dining experience.

Worst customer service ever.
Never recommend this location for anything even not for pickups, dine ins and third party pickups

Lady at reception was rude and racist. Try to provide good customer service. Really disappointed with service and they showed discrimination. I recommend everyone to go to restaurant which has good customer service and equality instead of going to Kami strawberry hill. Worst experience

Never a bad moment when eating here

The dining experience was fantastic! The food was delicious, with a spacious and comfortable environment that added to the enjoyment. The staff were attentive and friendly, making us feel very welcome. The only small downside was the portion sizes, which were a bit smaller than expected. Overall, highly recommended!

Lady in the reception is rude and racist.
Its better to keep notice out there whom she wants as customer.

Pathetic Server.. I am new to to the country.. we were waiting for 10 minutes for someone to come & offer a seat..since no 1 came..we thought it's a free seating restaurant.. but the lady was so rude when we sat in there.. told her that we didn't know the rules of the place & then she didn't gave us the cutlery & we literally had to ask for it.. worst ever service I have ever seen in my life. Gives a Bad name to the reataurant... I had asked the group of freimds of mine who had to join us to cancel.

One of the worst quality also very small pieces sell for higher prices.last night we bought combo A platter which shows in the wall looks beautiful.but we ended up getting very poor quality food with extremely high price as we pay over 50 dollars..I think they cut some of them to two halves so they all different sizes.we spent over 50 but food wasn't enough for two people.
I will never recommend anyone to visit this sushi restaurant in Surrey
