This was my first visit to Kami and I was so happy with the experience. The server was very friendly, the food was delicious and the prices seemed on par with other Japanese restaurants I go to. Highly recommend!

Strawberry Hills Japanese restaurant- Kami is a fantastic place to eat where prices match food portions. The food was all around great ?Servers are so kind and patient. There are table buttons to push when you are ready to make your order which is such a cool way to get the attention of staff.The exterior is misleading to how gorgeous the interior is. Very styled and inviting.Overall a fantastic experience and if we are again in the area we will make Kami our go to food destination.

My family and I go to this location regularly, and the food is very good. The service is very good, the rolls are delicious, and the miso soup is light and good. Recently I tried the vegetable yakisoba and it was very good(the sauce they use is very good, I forgot to ask what the sauce was on my last visit). We'll definitely be returning to this location again!

I had the Kimchi fried rice. Food tasted good but my goodness the portions for the price you pay is outrageously terrible. I got take-out and the amount I received was almost just enough for a 10 year old. It is not like I am expecting a mountain of rice but it barely even filled my take out container. Very disappointing for the price you pay. Would not recommend this place for their price point.

I called in an order for my wife to pick up on her way home from working in Vancouver. The lady taking the order seemed to have trouble getting it right so I went over it twice and she said she got it right- except she didnt.My wife had to wait while they got it right. I thought they might offer one of the appitizers for free but they didnt because "eventually we got it right and your wife left with the correct order. First world problems I know but we wont be back. I always thought Kyoto Sushi on 72nd was better
