I have no idea what KFC is doing to the quality of the food.Chicken was just deep fries.It was not crispy.I only have dissapoinment after buying from KFC.What they sell is not KFC. Just deep fried chicken ..

We ordered online at KFC Central City Shopping Center on the evening of July 5, 2024. We were charged $60, but the food hasnt been made. Therefore, it wasn't delivered to us. My wife called the store to check in the order, and the woman she spoke to mentioned that no order has been made. I gave her order number #1080, and then the attendant just hanged up my wife's call. We called again, and the man answered the call and was saying the courier didn't deliver the food, but according to the online tracking was saying the food was still cooking. It was a big lie to blame to a poor courier their mistake. The man was saying to wait for another 40 minutes to make our order. If we said yes, we spent 2 hours just waiting for our simple order.
My wife told them to cancel the order and just refund us, but until now, the amount they collected from my credit card has not been returned. This is a very ridiculous service and such a big hassle on our end. We have spoken to customer service twice and have gotten two reference numbers: 5DV65X and 5DVD85.
This is not okay and not acceptable at all. Bring back our money and fix your service. Terrible experience for making us so hungry and, most especially, my children.

This was the worst fried chicken I've ever encountered. I chose not to eat it because it was excessively greasy. Additionally, the skin was too soft.

When i asked for 2 pc chicken fry, The stupid cashier (punjabi guy, short beard) replied me WE DONT SELL CHICKEN FRY ! then I showed him the photo top of his head. He said that's Chicken, not chicken fry.I don't know how these stupid get the jobs whereas lot of qualified passionate boys and girls are desperately searching jobs.Does not KFC provide training before sending them to face customers???Time: 1:30-1:35 PM, 21st Feb
