I clearly asked for the move box meal $16.49 3 pieces chicken but they gave me someone order instead.
Chicken strip I think they are called, but yeah I'm very mad because I walked to the mall and it took 37 minutes to get there and it took 28 minutes to get back home thinking I'll be enjoying my dinner but I guess otherwise it's best to go to another location as for me I'll have to find another solution.
The overall experience was great! Great service and fresh food ♥️

The medium fries were crispy, delicious and a good portion size, beating out other restaurants' fries, and the service was extremely fast.
Loved Hand Breaded Tenders, much better than frozen pre cooked strips. Tenders + Popcorn, what a tasty box meal it is. I would insist to try their Tenders Box Meal, I am sure you won't regret it.

I have no idea what KFC is doing to the quality of the food.Chicken was just deep fries.It was not crispy.I only have dissapoinment after buying from KFC.What they sell is not KFC. Just deep fried chicken ..

We ordered online at KFC Central City Shopping Center on the evening of July 5, 2024. We were charged $60, but the food hasnt been made. Therefore, it wasn't delivered to us. My wife called the store to check in the order, and the woman she spoke to mentioned that no order has been made. I gave her order number #1080, and then the attendant just hanged up my wife's call. We called again, and the man answered the call and was saying the courier didn't deliver the food, but according to the online tracking was saying the food was still cooking. It was a big lie to blame to a poor courier their mistake. The man was saying to wait for another 40 minutes to make our order. If we said yes, we spent 2 hours just waiting for our simple order.
My wife told them to cancel the order and just refund us, but until now, the amount they collected from my credit card has not been returned. This is a very ridiculous service and such a big hassle on our end. We have spoken to customer service twice and have gotten two reference numbers: 5DV65X and 5DVD85.
This is not okay and not acceptable at all. Bring back our money and fix your service. Terrible experience for making us so hungry and, most especially, my children.
