It’s located inside the mall, they’re always busy but I really appreciate the staff for their friendly and fast service. My meal was fresh and delicious. I would recommend this location and next time I will go for shopping I will definitely eating here 😁

I would give 0 stars if possible but no. Their service is terrible. I waited for 25 minutes for my food to be done which was cold. When I went in to complain about it the lady SHARRA said they made the fresh if you want new sandwiches its gonna be the same. Then I said if I can have refund or partial refund she said sure but she'll take the food and throw it despite her supervisor was saying to give food and refund both. But that lady SHARRA was so arrogant I don't know how she could be in industry where customer satisfaction is must. SHOUTOUT TO SHARRA..... woohoo

This restaurant is absolutely appalling and corrupt, as evident from the photo. The food served is unhealthy, with refried chicken being a notable example. Their drinks are also excessively pricey, with even a moderate serving being costly. Despite being located in a mall where they can attract a large clientele, I strongly advise against dining here due to their questionable practices and overpriced menu. It is best to avoid this establishment altogether.

New updates: Paid for 6 pieces of chicken for around $19 but they sneaked in 3 tiny drumsticks that's the size of wings. Not enough meat considering how small they are. I rather have another of the thighs or something. They are trying to be cheap or something.
Tried to get dinner today with their new coupon ad flyer that's out. They wouldn't or couldn't even honour what it's advertising. First girl had trouble finding the meal combo on her register. Told me that it won't have drinks even tho the picture coupon clearly shows 2 drinks 2 can dine combo on it. Then she had to call her supervisor /manager over and moved me to another register. She then tells me a higher price saying that she can't give me the coupon price due to their systems not updated. The flyer is out and valid till end of August. I point out the coupon price again and she again said a higher price and refused to give the combo price after all that waiting in line. I decided I rather go elsewhere at that point instead of keep going back and forth with her. What is the point of having advertise flyer/deals if you're not going to honour it to your customers. False advertisement.

Got a light popcorn chicken meal, which came with fries, popcorn chicken, and a soda. The food was okay tasting and price wise was fine too. Staff were friendly and quick to get the food out.

I have been a fan of KFC since my childhood, but never have I ever seen the front staff soo rude. I ordered a spicy zinger from them and it was literally dripping hot oil on my hands. I asked really politely if they could change the burger for me since this one is literally dripping hot oil on us. But the front staff member “SHARRA” was so rude about it and said it is fried in oil so obviously it is going to be like this, and I won’t do anything about it. I was so respectful when I asked for the change but she completely ignored me and went inside the kitchen. There were 4 other customers beside me who had a complaint regarding their food as well. But am glad there was another cashier who finally helped me out with the exchange.
