Got a light popcorn chicken meal, which came with fries, popcorn chicken, and a soda. The food was okay tasting and price wise was fine too. Staff were friendly and quick to get the food out.

I have been a fan of KFC since my childhood, but never have I ever seen the front staff soo rude. I ordered a spicy zinger from them and it was literally dripping hot oil on my hands. I asked really politely if they could change the burger for me since this one is literally dripping hot oil on us. But the front staff member “SHARRA” was so rude about it and said it is fried in oil so obviously it is going to be like this, and I won’t do anything about it. I was so respectful when I asked for the change but she completely ignored me and went inside the kitchen. There were 4 other customers beside me who had a complaint regarding their food as well. But am glad there was another cashier who finally helped me out with the exchange.

I don’t want to give any review to this kfc location . It was my biggest mistake of my life that I bought burgers from here to eat.The worst kfc I have ever tried. The chicken was not fresh it just made be ill after eating that zinger burger. Also, the chicken popcorns were not fresh( cold ). The service was good but the food was worst. I would never like to eat at kfc in Guildford town centre.

The food quality was bad. The oil was dripping out of the fries as if they were reheated in old black oil and were not freshly cooked . The lettuce in the plant based burger was also bad. It had to wait for 15 minutes for my order , but at the end i was not happy with my food and got disappointed.
