I ordered 2 x $12 Meal for 2 - Original Recipe Chicken along with 2 small gravies last night. When I got home, the gravies were missing from my order. Very disappointing, as the gravy is an important part of enjoying the chicken. The food itself was fine, but the missing items really affected our meal.
I hope the store pays more attention to double-checking orders before handing them to customers.

Place was filthy there was opened ketchup packets on the floor, I had to bus my own table because every table and seating area had crumbs and/or ketchup on it also they forgot my wifes fork and they never gave us napkins. Also while we were waiting for our food there was an employee watching some show loudly on her laptop while the restaurant was a mess. Me and my wife are never coming back.

I visited this place great service provided by staff… Girl served me…. don’t know her name heard Mant brown tall slim…. Wearing black seems like managing so polite and helpful…
I’d give this place negative stars if I could. The food was absolute garbage. The chicken pieces were ridiculously small, with almost no meat on them, just greasy skin and bone. As you can see in the photos, this is what they’re actually serving. Completely disappointing, a total rip-off, and honestly disgusting. I will never be coming back to this location. ****Photo is a chicken leg not a drum wing…..

This branch got recently renovated BUT the hygiene is so disturbing. They have flies infestation. Flies everywhere, I could see it flying around and landing on the food 🤢. Unfortunately I noticed it once I was waiting for my order... My kiddo was ok with eating his 4pcs meal box but I threw away mine (I ordered taco bell value box). One of the workers was taking out the garbage and a bunch of flies and larvae came out of it. This restaurant should have a visit from fraser health due to the lack of cleanness.
