Worst service . Such a rude staff with no customer service etiquettes. Order for chicken at DT and asked me to wait and after 15 minutes of wait the girl came up and said we don’t have chicken . She did not even apologised for making me wait so long . And when i asked for refund she was so rude like i was asking for free food . Extremely disappointed.

Really bad experience, the staff is good, but they feels like difficult in grabbing what we say. The food is not like nornal kfc taste, I always feels like they are adding some unnecessary spices even for the regular once. I want that old kfc tastes.

I went thru the Drive thru at 12121 72 Ave Surrey, BC on Nov.30th at 7:00pm by the time I got my food it was 7:55pm it took nearly an hour to get my food so why did it take an hour ? The reason being was they were giving priority to skip the dishes, uber eats, and door dash orders and neglected the drive thru because of the volume of those orders. Isn’t it a Fast Food place ? Should we call it Slow Food just pathetic service. I don’t recommend going there order thru skip you’ll get it faster what a joke.

Just got food from this location no lettuce or vegetable in wrap and it’s too salty even not anything in zinger burger I dnt know if they trained their staff coz i live in area and before it’s was good not anymore 27 November 2024 I wish I can give them zero star again.What a disappointment this KFC is.wnet there after long time but nothing improved,even worse then before.I felt like I’m in 3rd world country.Food was gross,50$ wasted.Aaaaaa Thuuuuuu

Visit, on 3 November, placed a mobile order with my friend at 1pm and went there for pickup at 1:15 but they said we don’t have your order, The lady at front who was helping us make us wait so long and finally someone help us and pull up our order, this is totally unacceptable, what is the point of placing order online if we have to wait more then the time they gave us. Finally, got our oder at 1:28 and my whole lunch break was wasted none of them apologize and did not have their name tags.
