Hi ......, I went to kfc store at 72 ave in surrey. I ordered two tonies and extra thigh in both. The employee started the order and then stop and start talking to somebody in kitchen .... She did not finish the order and then start talking to the different customer. This is not happened first time. I went to this store second time in two weeks. Last time same thing happened but that time I got my order right. I am you guys train your employees how to take orders and provide good customer service. Anyway I have wait 10 minutes for my order. The employee who took my order said to me you ordered extra thighs your order is coming. I took my food and came home. When I opened my order, I had two legs and one thigh in both the boxes... I called the store.. The female employee pick up the phone and I was telling her about the mistake in the order. She intrupted me and said you talk to the manager.... Come on...... If you don't know how to handle a complaint why she picked up the phone at first place....then I talked the manager... I told her what happened? Without verification she said this happened because you don't want to wait. I told her that was different customer. She repeated the other customers order to me... I told her again, I am the different customer. Then she said that everybody order same thing every Tuesday and we ran out thighs ..... I told her if you ran you should tell the customer while taking the order or you can tell the customer when you hand over the order..... Not when customer at home and complaining .... She didn't have the proper person .... She told me to come back and take the thighs .... I told her I am not coming back for the order as I came from work..... I was not happy the way she handle the complaint.... I told her about how the employees take the order and talk three four person while taking the order.... She replied that I know.... I said that if you know you should tell your employee how to take the order.... She did not have the answer..... I am sure you guys have mystery shopper come to your stores.....instead of eating the food, I am writing the complaint ... I am sure you guys will follow up the complaint and get back to me...... We waited for over 15 minutes for just tenders and the girl at the counter had such poor English and couldn’t even understand what we were asking for. It would be better if you could hire someone with better English .

I ordered online for pick-up, 6:15pm. But when i came around 6:25pm, orders are not yet prepare. Restaurant is not even busy, and then they told me i’m gonna wait for another 9 minutes for them to prepare (or maybe to be cook).
It’s already 6:50pm and yet i’m still waiting for the order.

Dear KFC Team,

I’m very disappointed with the repeated poor service at your Strawberry Hill location. Almost every visit has been a bad experience — the staff argue with customers, provide no proper customer service, and overall the atmosphere is very frustrating.

Even though the nordel location gives much better service, Strawberry Hill is closer to my home, so I often end up visiting there. Unfortunately, the service never improves, and each visit leaves me more disappointed.

Please look into this issue seriously. Your customers deserve respect and proper service at this location.

The delivery was fast, the food was tasteless and extremely poor quality. The chicken should be fried, the outside is semi fried and the inside is very doey the French fries came cold and dry, almost like it was reheated. I spent $75 for this.. disappointed! It needs to be fixed as it seems from other reviews it's a issue at this location

Staff is super confused, don't have a clue what they're doing. Waited forever and then some lady comes up to us and asks what we ordered and wanted to see our receipt?? They found our receipt and didn't say a word after and served so many people before us. It's chaos here lol..go somewhere else.

Dear KFC Management,

I’m writing to bring to your attention a disappointing experience I had at your store on June 8th at approximately 3:11 PM.

Several staff members were speaking loudly in Punjabi, discussing personal matters and making unprofessional comments about customers and even someone named Richard, who I believe may be a supervisor. One staff member wearing a headset was especially loud, repeatedly yelling things like “Aeeyyy Aeeyyy,” which made the environment feel chaotic and unpleasant.

This kind of behavior shows a lack of civic sense and basic customer service etiquette. As a customer, I expect a welcoming and professional environment—not to overhear gossip or feel like I’m in someone’s living room. It’s important to remember that this is a professional establishment, not a social hangout.

I hope you will take steps to train your staff on proper conduct and ensure that your restaurants remain welcoming and respectful spaces for everyone.

Worst service . Such a rude staff with no customer service etiquettes. Order for chicken at DT and asked me to wait and after 15 minutes of wait the girl came up and said we don’t have chicken . She did not even apologised for making me wait so long . And when i asked for refund she was so rude like i was asking for free food . Extremely disappointed.

I entered the store a couple of days ago and Jasmeen greeted me when I was still entering and she was helpful, kind and courteous. Kudos to her and the manager on running this location so well.
