Worst KFC I have ever been to. No matter what time I go, it always more than 30 mins wait. Plus they never have crispy chicken on Tuesdays. Very poor service.

This is the grossest most disgusting location ever! I ordered l tacos and fries with Pepsi times 2.The fries tasted like they were in oil that hasn't been changed in a decade! Then one of the Pepsis began to leak and soaked my leather seat and carpet! Idiot did not put lid on properly! This place is a disgusting joke! Stay away!

This is the only KFC I have been to that won't substitute coleslaw for the french frys on the specials - was told it was an individual franchisee decision and the owner had elected not to do this. I can't imagine coleslaw costs the restaurant more than the french frys? It seems like this owner is trying to punish customers when using the specials off of the app or coupons received in the mail.

Had kfc last night after almost 10 years found out after I ate it that it is all hala meat they really should be letting people no by posting it in there menus so the people that donāt eat hala r not eating it my mistake can u imagine if the roles were reversed will never eat off again in my life in canada

The staff were incredibly rude. They argue when you tell them your order was made incorrectly. They donāt listen and instead say they didnāt make the mistake when you clearly did. All the staff here are clearly not trained AT ALL. LEARN BASIC MANNERS and donāt yell at the customers who are orderedā¦ DONT GO HERE THEYāRE CLEARLY HORRIBLY TRAINED PEOPLW WHO DONT KNOW HOW TO HE NICE AT ALLā¦. Learn to be nice ā¦ Food also tasted oldā¦. This is absolutely disgusting food and behaviourā¦.. EW EW EW

I will never eat at the kfc again they measure the beef in BEEF BURTITO i opened it up because there was barely any beef in the burtito????? issues i had when i called cloverdale kfc!! When i called to complain on the phone about it the employee didnt even understand english on the phone.??Than he got all defensive when i said do you not understand what im saying? He said just because you are born in canada you think you can talk bad to me and than hung up. I called back a different person answered he said sir come to the store. I drive to store and there closed at 9pm I knocked on the door and the employees first ignored me than one guy with a accent says we are closed sir.I said i just called they guy said on the phone to come to the store.He said sorry we are closed i took the burritos and showed him he said we are closed i than through the burritos at the window and got into my car and drove away ..never again shameful discusting service cloverdale kfc is terrible customer service and has ruiend the kfc brand
I came to your store today at 10:25 PM to get food for myself and my kids. Google shows you close at 11:00 PM, yet after waiting in line for 5 minutes, I was told you were already closed.
If your actual closing time is earlier, please update your hours on Google so customers donāt waste their time. When it says closes at 11 PM and even shows āabout to closeā as it gets closer, that means the store is open until then, not shutting down 30 minutes early.
This was frustrating and felt like extremely poor customer service. I would understand if I showed up 10ā15 minutes before closing, but 30 minutes early is unacceptable. Please correct your posted hours so this doesnāt happen to other families.

These people do not season the gravy or any of their food.... not to mention the fact that I have never had service with a smile at this location. They all seem very miserable even after the minimum wage raise. what's it gonna take to make you guys care about your job????

This is one of the KFC locations where there is no big lineup, the one in Fleetwood is always way too crazy... The food is equally good, fresh and delicious, the same prices as the Fleetwood location, which is good. There are some chain brands that you will find different prices at their different locations, even sometimes nearby. Not sure why it is happening like this. But overall this drive-through experience as great. Will come back here again next time instead of the Fleetwood one.

Bought toonie tuesday, noticed bit too much salt and the cashier handed me ketchup which was sticky on the packs. Whatever she handles she should was her hands.
