Just went through the drive thru and the cashier was really helpful and patient as it had been long since I ordered at kfc and they help me choose the best option. Service is relatively faster than other locations.
Their sandwich of the day offer is the best deal for a quick snack, glad they brought it back.

The staff was super friendly and the service was quick, even though the place was busy. Clean dining area, great deals, and amazing food from two of my favorite places in one stop. Highly recommend for anyone who loves variety and quality. Can’t wait to come back next Tuesday! 🌮🍗🔥

I ordered a 4 piece chicken and received 2 medium sized breasts and 2 extremely small wings with no legs. Nobody wants wings when they order fried chicken and especially small ones. Would much rather go to Popeyes or churches where they give serving seizes worth the value

Worst experience ever. I tried KFC for the first time in Vancouver. It was tasteless and dry. Not recommended. Even though it is halal now but was better when it wasn't.
I do not often get food from here for the simple reason that the food generally sucks. Every once in awhile I will try again and usually get a curt reminder of why I do not frequent this place. I got a big crunch that was more like eating a rubber chicken than anything else. I threw it in the garbage.

Please teach your staff about the communication skills; how to greet people especially in food industry. The guy at the front didn’t even greet me and just throw away the food. I asked for confirmation if this is my order and he just went back without confirming anything. So rude and unpleasant staff behaviour.
