The customer service is great, the staff is friendly and helpful. Unfortunately the fried chicken is not that good. It is mushy, pale and just dripping grease. They need to follow the cooking procedure. The tenders are good, crispy and brown. Same with the fries.

Away slow, take forever. Understaffed. Rude, discriminatoy comment heard and make any delivery services wait excessively. Oh wait, they mess up the orders constantly. Eat somewhere else, it's better for you on all aspects.
