It's a really nice place to eat after school, and it's also $12 and the size of the Chicken Donair is nice so I think it's worth it.

We ordered through DoorDash, our first time. It was tasty and a little spicy, with good portions and a very complete meal. We ordered the mixed platter and chose the chicken and beef, and for dessert, a delicious baklava. I would definitely order again.

King George Donair Halal is an average spot for a quick halal donair. The food was decent and filling, but nothing really stood out in terms of flavor. Portions were okay for the price.

Service was standard and straightforward since it was takeout, and the atmosphere felt very basic and more functional than inviting.

Overall, it’s fine if you want something quick and convenient, but not a place I’d go out of my way for.

Shawarma is great, reasonable price, and decent eating area.

The food was too dry and tasteless. Even though I asked for it to be spicy, it wasn’t. The overall environment felt low-quality, and the food itself was disappointing. Eating cardboard with that amount of sauce would have been more flavorful.

By far the best donair in Lower Mainland. Fresh ingredients, juicy meat.

The guy literally coughed on the chicken right infront of me . So unhygienic.

Rolled into King George Donair for lunch expecting the usual “donair roulette,” but this place actually delivered. Clean restaurant, no weird smells, no sticky tables — already a win.

They’ve got two salad styles: one chopped so tiny it’s practically confetti, and the other a full Greek-style situation. Both fresh, both tasty. The meat? Juicy, not swimming in grease like it just got rescued from an oil spill. Hot sauce has enough zing to wake you up without sending you to the ER.

For $17 you get a legit portion, and the pita was soft — not one of those stale, weapon-grade discs other spots try to pass off as bread. Menu has tons of variety, everything’s Halal, and nothing felt like a gamble.

Overall, solid spot. If you’re craving donairs, rice platters, or just want food that won’t betray you, this is a safe bet.
