Good Food with Good Service. Chasu Ramen is the best. Takoyaki could be better but the Karage is Amazing. If you love spicy ramen try their Mala Szechuan Ramen.

I’ve been eating kokoro for awhile! The food is always so delicious. However, the vegan friendly option is now changed to fried beancurd with little flavour. The beyond sausage was absolutely amazing!! I miss it. Cool drinks as well and service is usually fast.

So happy Surrey is getting places like this now!
Love the low carb noodle! I am a bit sad the Korean fried chicken is no longer on the menu tho.

Very delicious ramen - best ramen so far in Surrey! Definitely coming back again. Loved the free upgrade to large ramen! The pork was amazing!

I went with a group and the fire alarm starting going off for the building, which includes the apartments above. It went off for our entire meal and not once did any staff say anything about it. They pretended like it wasn’t even happening. We asked about it and they said that it’s happened before but not gone on for this long. So I went to the kitchen to talk to a manager or the owner. The servers were annoyed that I was asking. I asked if they would go to the apartment and knock to see if it will go off soon. They seemed annoyed that I was bothering them. They said they’ll see what they could do but looked indifferent. They don’t offer an apology, discount or even voucher. The food was good but I wouldn’t come back.

So the fire alarm has been going on for our whole meal from the connected buildings. Fire brigade hasn't shown up and they didn't say anything till we talked to them. No discount no apology. Food was really good but service was not.

I had a group of 8 of us come in today afternoon. The service was not great as the fire alarm of the building started going off and they did nothing. We sat and ate our entire lunch while the alarm was blaring for an hour. The server said nothing when it was going on. The fire department came and then left and it was still going on…. I work in the industry as a manager and server with 10 years of experience. For them to not give us some sort of compensation for the inconvenience or acknowledge the problem at all is outrageous. They said they called the manager to see what they could do and they said the manager said they couldn’t offer a discount or anything. Loved the food and definitely recommend but maybe order Togo lol.
