Huge portions of yummy food! I got the karribean bowl. It had a tonne of flavour! Staff is super friendly! Its so nice to have a healthy hub such as this, in the neighborhood! Will definitely be back to try their shakes!
Sonia and team always goes the extra mile to give the best food & drinks options! I was pleasantly surprised when they happily added new items to the menu that I had requested in the past!
Absolutely loved the Southwest Sizzle Bowl—so flavourful and fresh! I’m already looking forward to coming back to try the smoothie bowls. Sonia was incredibly kind and welcoming; she creates such a warm, cozy atmosphere and clearly takes pride in her work. You can tell she genuinely cares about both the food she serves and her customers. Highly recommend!
