I have been a regular customer here for a long time but after today I think that's the last time I'll ever get food from here. I ordered the chow mien with any three item, i picked my three items and I thought they dished them up, it came to almost 30 dollars with my tip when I got home I realized they charged me for three items but only gave me two, the box is half empty and I asked them for extra soya sauce they only provided 2 packets, the food isn't the worst but it's like the only Chinese food in the mall. Just unsatisfactory

Some people put rubbish about the staff even though they belong to same community, it is really shameful for those people like those who try samples of everything and then order of their taste and then after finishing comment or put reviews on those whose service is really appreciated. No words for those people, they had to be thankful that we were happy to serve and even gave them after 5 trials of different food.

Waste of money, We took the 3 items combo for 16.99 - BOTH CHICKEN ITEMS WERE GARBAGE SHRIMP WITH VEGGIES WAS OK -two spring rolls for 2.99 was ok - prawn tempura was average … we will certainly not be eating again

I tried their noodles with Spicy & honey chicken and Fish. I liked Fish, but chicken was a bit rubbery.

I had been going to this place for 27 years since it was in the old food court by shoppers. I used to be obsessed eith their sesame chicken. Its sad to see how down hill the quality has gone. It all has this extra greasey off taste to it now. The coating on the chicken is very tough and hard to chew, it was not like this before.
Rude employees, will close the box even without asking if u need anything else. Spicy chicken is sweet. Can only taste bread coating. No chicken in Chicken. Noodles are stale. Overall not worth it. Spent $17 for a box which we dump in the bin.

Bad selection of dishes, no authentic Chinese food and the sugar chicken don't look appealing either. You're better off going to the Bourbon St Grill across the court.

I would not recommend this place to anyone. I placed an order today at 2:05pm and at 2:08pm they told me the order had been picked up at the store in Surrey and I was in Richmond waiting for the order. They charged an amount on my card and I requested a refund and have not had any response and I am still at a loss. Terrible experience because they do not even respond to customers. Terrible
