I am a fan of this place. Always I order the 3 items and half and half fried rice and noodles. We all love this place a lot. The taste is great it’s reasonable the service is super fast. I honestly can’t find one problem with this place. Love it love it.

I'm not sure what happened but the food at this place used to be good, in fact it rivaled most Chinese food places we've been to in the Guildford/Fleetwood area. Unfortunately that's all in the past.I was deeply disappointed in the quality of the food, the flavour was lacking, we used to get copious amounts, but now, not a chance. Such a shame because we really appreciated the food and great service. We won't be back. I had heard it had changed and the food was nowhere near as good as it used to be and I wondered how could that go downhill so quickly? Either new ownership or new management by people who don't care about putting out a quality product, apparently.Sad to say but the sun has set on Kung Pao Wok, I doubt they can survive many more bad reviews.

It’s so bad. The total amount is just one spoonful and it’s so little that I can’t imagine. I didn’t open it for 18 yuan after tax. I thought I bought a lunch box for 18 yuan?

I've been here several times and we usually try go out of our way to stop for food here whenever we're in the area as we don't live near by. Some days the food is excellent, the chicken/pork dishes are crispy and they fill the box so full it can barely close. Other times the food isn't soggy but not crisp and they seem a bit stingy with the portions.The quality of the food doesn't seem to have anything to do with the time of day you go.The good experiences are 5 star, while the other times are a 2.5 star experience, so give 4 stars overall.I hope they can work on consistently making quality food

I generally don't like mall food. But I wanted to try something different. What I ordered was a combo I'm not sure if everything or anything is fresh there?...I think the food looks good but it tasted kind of bad. They need to know freshness is everything if your serving food that is poorly handled no one is going to come back or worse you risk being closed down by the health inspector...

$17 got me such little food compared to other restaurants here in the Guilford town centre. Girl was rushed and not very friendly either.
This place is wack I found a hair in my food and the lady is so rude she doesn’t want to give me my money. She started yelling and screaming at me all I said to her give me my money I found a hair in my food. DO NOT GO

When coming here you get a lot of good food. But when you go up to the counter you will be forced to tip 15% regardless if you want to or not. The cashier will automatically in front of your face add a tip. I confronted him and told him that it’s not right that he doesn’t allow people to make that choice to tip and that it’s extremely rude. Straight to my face he lied and said he didn’t when me and my boyfriend both watched him add a tip for himself. Foods good but I’ll never be returning to a place that obviously likes to steal from customers.

Food is fine, nothing but not bad by any means. However, while I was paying the machine prompted me to tip and before I selected an option, the cashier pressed 2 for 15%. Will not be returning.

I ordered sweet and sour chicken and spicy chicken with fried rice, it was pathetic. Both chickens were chewy like rubber. Wasted $18 and threw all of it in garbage. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME, MONEY AND TASTE BUDS.

Been going to this place since it reopened with the new food court. Never had a problem. Went to it when it was flamming woke. The spicy chicken was in-fact good, but not actually spicy enough. Again, Never had any issues.New red and yellow back wall paper. The dude who works the cashier is super kind to me
